BUTCHERED my nails. Grew them out for a year under the acrylic pushed the 5-week outgrowth so that when we removed the nail I could have my real nail underneath. They butchered them so short that my finger is longer than my nail. Never will I return. I wasn't important enough to be taken care of because I wasn't putting on the designs and the jams and the extra bits and all that crap that I had done for the past year very disappointed again. I will not return, not even for a pedicure, eyebrow wax or eyelash extension. Very disappointed that I was not important enough to be taken care of. read more

Visited this spa on 4/28/2025. I came in, chose my color and was instructed to sit at a pedicure station. Waited for about 10 minutes. A gentleman came over, did not speak or anything. Just asked for me to put my feet on the stand - no problem. I asked for respectfully and politely to make a temperature a bit warmer. This seemed to have bothered the gentleman because he instantly became a bit loud, condescending as if this was an inconvenience to him. This was very uncalled for and embarrassing. To make matters worse, the rest of the workers just looked at me and starting to smirk and speak in their native language. The other patrons were looking at me as if they wanted to defend me, but also only came to get their own services done. I left, and will never again return. read more

This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten! He kept showing me the skin he shaved off my heels and asking if I wanted to take it home as a souvenir! Multiple times I had to tell him to get rid of it. The painting looks like my 5 year old daughter painted my toes-all over the skin. Plus, he kept trying to sell me stuff. Such a bizarre experience and I will certainly never be back! read more

I went in for a basic pedicure. Nothing special just needed some me time considering I'm over 9 months and just wanted to relax. When I walked in I immediately felt awkward, like I wasn't welcomed but I looked past it because ik how my anxiety works. But then when they called me over to the chair I sat there for quite some time with no one ready to do the service I had asked for. Eventually a man came over to start and things were going okay until they weren't. He constantly cut my toes and cut one of them so much it bled, And not just a little blood. Every time he hurt my toes he would say "oops, sorry" and continue to be rough with my feet. Maybe I just got the short end of the stick when it comes to the employees there. One person doesn't dictate everyone else's work quality. Not to mention, he put SO many layers of Gel polish on my toes that it looks like he tried to participate in an "how many layers?" Challenge. Overall, I do not care to go back. I would not recommend. The pricing seems great but please know you get what you pay for. This isn't to bad mouth the entire staff but definitely be aware of employees who do not provide quality services that YOU are paying THEM to do. I left him a tip because I could not bring myself to be that unkind but is not an experience I enjoyed by any means. read more

I've been going here for years...best place in Bartow to go. The people are always friendly, and prices are affordable. And as for the first review with 1 star...there has NEVER been a TALL skinny man that works here, she must be confused as to the location she went to...unless she's only 3 foot tall herself!! read more

If i could give a 0 star I would!!!! Horrible service. I went in for a pedicure and the tall thin Oriental guy cut my foot while using the razor!!!! I didn't realize until after I got home that my foot was bleeding!!! This is the BEST place to get your nails done in Bartow. Everyone here is so funny and friendly, Each time i get my nails done from here I go home happy. They have the best price I paid one $26 for a long coffin full set here, While over at Tips and Toes I paid $36. Not to mention that my nails were hurting when I left there. I'm not normally one to complain. I've been coming here for a couple months now for waxing, pedicures, and acrylics. Today I went in for a fill and picked out the color I wanted from the wall and the guy said "you want gel?" I said "no I want regular polish" he said "we don't have that color in regular polish." I said "its right there." (I've been doing this for years I know gel from regular polish bottles) he said "yes but that for gel customers only. only for matching regular polish on toes to gel on fingers." I said "that's a little ridiculous don't you think?" he said "when regular use to much, we don't have match for gel anymore." I said "that's ridiculous! how many people get gel polish and don't want to match it or use the regular polish with it?" He said "bosses orders." Meanwhile all this happening, one of the workers daughters (maybe 8-9 years old) picked a regular color off the wall and got her nails painted with it even though there was a matching gel for it. I would've just gotten the gel if it WASN'T $15.00 extra on top of my fill for it! Gel polish doesn't cost that much in the store for a whole bottle!!!! and it was OPI. These people are basically robbing you. So if you go here, they have a very small selection of non-gel polish BRING YOUR OWN! and make sure they don't charge you for the polish itself.
