I am someone that is in an appointment driven field and I find it truly disappointing when no one gives a courtesy call to you a heads up on a possible delay or to reschedule. She glued the artificial nail to the skin of my thumb and then tried to file it.. I now have a cut - which she soaked it in acetone to get the glue off. Ummmm - OUCH???? I initially paid for them, but as soon as my daughter saw them - she was like - MOM - you need to tell them you're not paying for those - they're HIDEOUS. And she INJURED you. She also used white dip powder to finalize the right hand instead of clear, so I have goopy white powder on top of the color. Basically, run screaming in the other direction.
