First this is Susan Best not Shelby Best. I signed in and waited for a solid hour to get a manicure and pedicure and when it was my turn, Peter chose to skip me and go to the person after me who did NOT have an appointment. So I left and will never go back. I tried to give this shop my business because it local to my home but I will go to a place that is actually professional from now on. I urge you to NOT go to this shop or Lucky Nails, either. Apparently they're owned by the same people because when I asked for the name and number of the owner and then called that number, it was answered as Lucky Nails. I tried to explain the situation to the "manager" and he actually asked me if I went to church because I told him I was going to leave a bad review for Sun Nails. Nice really nice. Do yourself a favor and never go here or to Lucky Nails, whether you go to church or not! read more

NOT GOOD. I just got regular white toes . He took 15 minutes. They look like so bad. He was really rough on my feet. I told him "it hurts " and he said "i know". Its just white toes, no reason he should of messed up tbh. My mom could of done better. Only 2 workers working. read more

Im giving one star because i obviously cant give ZERO i went in here to get my eyelashes done and the Owner of the shop did them. First off she believes that she is an expert at everything and she did not listen to what or how i wanted them done. Second she had a friend sitting in the room the whole time and they were just chatting away. Her attention obviously was not on me-the customer- She made put the eyelashes in too thick and they looked horrible and felt heavy on my face. I paid her or whatever but i made sure i told her that the service was terrible and i was not happy with the service. I pulled every individual lash off of my face IN THE PARKING LOT. Hopefully she sees this comment and will be a little more accommodating to her clients in the future But i will never go back here and i will continue to tell all of my friends in the area about this terrible service and recommend that they go ANYWHERE else but here. read more

Worst service ever. It was my first time visiting, under recommendation by a friend. I was not impressed. The staff wasn't very accomodating and also came off very rude. Aside from the lack of manners, there was a large gap in communication between the workers. My pedicure, although extensive, was not enjoyable. The chair was broken and a man spent most of my "relaxing" time fixing it, leading me to be in all sorts of different seat positions and The massager to turn off and on and switch settings. Not fun. The woman who did my pedicure spent more time exfoliating my legs, to the point they were red with pain, more so than my feet (which is what I thought pedicures were for). All of the dead cuticle skin on my toes were barely clipped, so I had to do it again myself once I got home. She also rushed through The paint application so some toes are lacking top coat on the sides or a second glaze of color, which is apparent under the right light. Very upsettung paint job, especially since they were not flooding with other customers at the time. The gentleman who did my gel manicure, which I was very clear about wanting upon arriving, didn't remember what I asked for so he just started doing his own thing. I stopped him to remind him what I said when I got there, to which he replied with a additional upcharge (not mentioned upon my arrival) and huffs and puffs. He, too, completely rushed through doing the gel polish. Which is now, less than two days later, already chipping and flaking off. I will NEVER give my business to them again. It was a total waste of money and I do not recommend them to anyone who is looking for grade A service. Definitely a strong C-. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. read more
