Customer service was awesome but their services are not good. Eyebrow wax was horrible. I paid $14 and it looks like my 10year old did them. My pedicure was okay but my toes are two different colors. I wanted a light pink and she must of put one coat on one toe and two coats of polish on another. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I promise you, these workers do not know what they are doing, and they have absolutely NO respect for customers (especially when said customers are of color). One instance of complete disrespect occurred when I asked the man doing my nails, to file them square. He oddly laughs it off but I assumed he understood, so I let him do his job. This man proceeds to file my nails curved. When I tell him yet AGAIN I want them filed square, he holds my hands up to Jason (another rude worker sitting next to him doing my mother's nails) laughing for whatever strange reason, speaking in his native language. Im not exactly sure what was so funny about me asking for my nails to be filed square, but regardless, his behavior was rude. My pedicure was also TERRIBLE. Why someone would put 3 thick coats without letting each layer dryer first, is beyond me. After 3 hours of drying my feet, I put on sneakers only to find all nails smudged. You can even see the sock marks in the pictures. Moreover, Jason was doing my mother's nails. Did a terrible job on the French tip. Who paints a thick white line on the top then used acetone to clean it up?! ITS 2022, GET A PROPER DETAILING BRUSH. He also forgot to give her the calf massage that comes with EVERY pedicure, and when she told him of this (very politely) he got all mad. He asked "you want me to check the cameras" and we said of course!! But lo and behold, he never checked. Because he knew was in the wrong. Her legs were dry & not moisturized, there was never any lotion. BE WARNED DONT GO HERE. read more

First time here!!! Will NOT RETURN!! The lady at the front desk advised a full set was $45 with design + $38 for a Pedi, she did advise an additional $15.00 for gel on my toenails. The same lady also advised of the same pricing via phone call prior to booking an appointment! Additional charges: my full set came to $80 total = $5.00 for long nails ???? + $5.00 for shaping my nails ???? + $25 for a design. HERE IS WHAT KILLS ME/ THE KICKER --- they glued on STILETTO NAILS and they put acrylic over top the nail!!! The nails are ALREADY SHAPED!!! Why am I being charged an extra $5.00 for shaping my nails??? Also I'm being charged $5.00 for "Long Nails"???? Why??? Additionally... IT LOOKS LIKE I NEED A FILL ALREADY ON MY FINGERNAILS!!!! $176.00 is way too much for 2 pedicures and a full set. I showed up at 3pm and didn't leave til 6:40pm. The staff is nice but I spent way too much time their and way too much money! Unacceptable in charging additional fees and not advise the consumer especially if they asked for the pricing upfront prior to services rendered. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK!!! I WILL BE CALLING THEM IN THE MORNING. Update: No money back however my toenails were fixed. Kailynn is nice. She also advised me they do not paint near the cuticle line so it doesn't lift the acrylic powder. She also advised of the prices at this location and basically they UPCHARGE for services. So my mail length is considered "Medium Long" which is an extra $5. And I need a fill in 2 weeks - basic price is $35 + $5 nail length + $5 to shape the nail. This to me is ridiculous because nails grow so they are charging for growth/ length, etc. I suggest finding a salon that is more worried about the experience of the customer than to nickel and dime. read more

Q took her time and did not rush thru any part of the process. Today I got a full set of gel nails and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. I did a rainbow nail on one finger of each hand and she meticulously and carefully found the most efficient way to get all 6 of the rainbow colors on the nail. They're not too think which is so great because I hate super thick nails, and she got them down to the cuticles, they look like my real nails. I HIGHLY recommend Q as a nail tech. I asked for red French nails. Started with someone and in the middle of getting the nails painted the lady got swapped with someone else. They didn't listen to what I wanted, refuse to fix evident mistakes. At one point I asked if they could fix some of the nail polish they smudged with their thumb and they refused. Literally so unprofessional. I came in for a full set & a pedicure with my mother who is in town. Never been here before we walk in and say we want both. The place is empty and for whatever reason we are both separated at the start. I start my full set. My mother starts her pedicure. First red flag, as the lady is doing my full set she has her phone on the table and she is watching YouTube music videos while doing my nails. Her AirPods we're in... I thought this was unprofessional. She shows me arrange of colors and doesn't tell me at all they are gel... I got charged extra without even knowing I picked gel. Pedicure time comes and it's just awful. My mom got a 45 min pedicure cause she wanted the deluxe. I told the lady I was doing the same. If she didn't have AirPods in her head the whole time maybe this could of been avoided. I sit down on the chair and my mom switched to a manicure. She starts on me with the basics of a pedicure then the lotion and scrub. I am completely thinking it's the same pedicure till 7 MINS LATER THATS IT! SHE ASK FOR COLOR! I was like wait I'm doing the same as her. She goes well I can't do that. I literally don't understand I am whiling to pay for a nice pedicure and you haven't painted anything. Guys my toes just had lotion on it that's it! No paint. She refuses to do the deluxe so I get a basic pedicure that last 10 mins no lie 10 mins! On top of this gel came into the picture where I chose a color it's gel. I made sure this time that was switched!!! Your not going to charge me extra for colors because your business isn't separating the colors for the client to know the difference. It actually gets worse. After my 10 min pedicure is done, she immediately wants me to have my flip flops on... I told her I don't feel comfortable trying to get them on because she just painted them and I have to wait 45 mins just for my mom to finish up. My shoes aren't regular flip flops. You have to go through a hole then into the flipflop. She says she can do it if I won't move. I don't move she does the first one right. Second foot... guess what happened????? She hits my big toe with her finger nail and ruined the toe. Then she looked at me as if I'm the problem after I warned her not to do it. I have never seen such unprofessional work. Usually it's one way or another where service is great and nails come out ugly but this location changed my opinion. They took their a time on my toes and nails and they came out amazing. "No, no appointments needed, we take walk-ins". So I took a shower and we headed out to get a pedicure. We walked in the door, Requested a pedicure and were very politely informed at 3:00 in the afternoon that they didn't have time to do two pedicures. Gee. I guess we should've called before hand to make sure that they could fit us in...... so nice that they let us know that before we left the house. Bad form! not a happy mama. So it goes.
