I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car. Whenever I look back on my wedding day prep, I'll always look back on this experience and be so warmed by the kindness the employees at Baked showed me. I also added on teeth whitening the next day and it got me 4 shades lighter!! If you were even THINKING about teeth whitening or a spray tan you must come here! I cannot praise them enough!

As a blonde with naturally fair brows, I had been toying with the idea of micro-blading for awhile now. I decided to try tinting that day as a less permanent and perhaps another longer-term option since I had never done it before. I was very happy with the tinting but more importantly with the shaping!! I have been getting my brows shaped since I was a teen and I have NEVER had them done this good!! To start the front desk girl was not wearing her mask when I walked in and rushed to put it on as I approached the counter. She did not take my temperature (even though the thermometer was sitting right next to her). She had an attitude the entire time- acted as though I was inconveniencing her. Then I asked to use the bathroom- EW talk about a red ring in the toilet???? Not to mention the empty laundry baskets in the hallway had visible mold. My spray came out fine. But I cannot believe the health department is letting this place stay open. Especially during a pandemic when we should be taking extra precautions and they haven't cleaned their toilet in what looks like 3 months. I will not be back and absolutely would not recommend to anyone.
