I've been coming to this tanning salon for a couple years off and on, but recently I finally got the All Access Pass -- and honestly, I wish I did it sooner. Now that I live closer, I'm here all the time and it's completely changed my routine. The pass lets me use everything: the Cocoon, red light therapy, UV beds, and spray tanning. Having all of those options in one place makes it feel like a full spa experience instead of just a tanning salon. My favorite combo is starting with the red light before going into a UV bed -- I feel incredible afterward, even down to my muscles. It's relaxing, energizing, and just makes my whole body feel better. The lotions here are also top tier. You can tell they carry quality products that actually enhance your results instead of just being overpriced add-ons. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the environment overall is super clean, calm, and spa-like. It's not chaotic or uncomfortable at all -- it actually feels like a little reset every time I go in. I've always had a UV bed at my mom's house, so there were gaps in my tanning routine over the years, but nothing compares to having access to everything here in one place. Clarksboro location-It is clean and well maintained. Everyone is very nice and very friendly. I have met the owner on several occasions, lovely woman. The ladies upfront are always nice and helpful. I really like the red light therapy too. I am looking forward to try the pod. I highly recommend this place! read more

I will never come here again. I did the unlimited tanning package for a month and when it came time to renew, I bought my next package a few days earlier than the date my current one ended. I bought another month of unlimited, but the girls working promised that this package would start later on the exact day my current package ended. Well they messed up and started the new package on the date I purchased it instead of when the first package ended, which meant my package ended early and I didn't get the full month. The girl working charged me for one session when I came in to use my package, even when I told her my package should still be active and explained the situation to her. The young high school girls with an attitude working there are not knowledgeable & act like they don't really care about the customers. They're unfriendly and act like anything that you need is an inconvenience. It was more than obvious that I was the least of their concern when I asked about my refund for money I shouldn't have had to pay. They told me the manager would reach out to me for a refund of my $20 that I had to pay for my one session in the next week, but I never heard from the manger & it's been a month now. The worst service. What a joke. Update: I messaged the manager on their Facebook page and she was very nice & apologetic. She was not aware of the situation & gave me a refund after I explained the situation above. She also added a free month of tanning to my account, which I really appreciate, but I will not use it after the terrible experience I had. read more

I had originally been a big fan of this place. However, when their busy season comes around they can not accommodate their customers. I came at 12:30 on a Friday and could not get a lay down bed until 2:30. It has just became a waste of money when half the time their beds are either over-heating and down or occupied for hours. I love Tantini Bar in Glassboro! This place is very clean, the girls are friendly and very knowledgeable on the lotions, beds, and memberships (I typically go in the mornings). I do the monthly membership and get a ton of compliments on my tan. I've been coming here for a year and will keep tanning here. read more

I bought a package of spray tans a few months ago, and was saving my last two for weddings that I was attending ... I go the night before and my fingerprint was not working with their sensor ... of course , I'm going to get upset ... my fingerprint usually always works and I even offered to show the girl my license . When she said " if we can't get it to work, you can't tan " ... when I already paid for my tans and was saving for a huge event!! After 25 mins of being aggravated trying to get my finger print to work , she said she would put in the computer as a tester , but I couldn't get medium color (which I wanted dark) ... and took it off my tans ! Also, went back again last week and wanted the dark again , and they were out of it. Also, there's been another time when I had an appointment on a Friday ... and they call two hours before my appointment to let me know that they're closing early and won't be open for my appointment. How unprofessional is that ?! read more

This place is top notch. The offer high pressure and premium tanning booths for affordable prices. Also, offer other great services too. If you ask for tanning advise, the people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction. Not the best tanning lotion selection, wish they had more but you can get them online. They also offer Versa Spa Spray Tans which I love. The spray tan is never streaky and is BROWN not orange and last. Best booth spray on the market! read more

Management sucks. Rude customer service. No AC in one of the bed areas. Broken handle on a bed. Long Story short - called store to not renew after 3 month membership. Said to come in to cancel so after arriving, the girl on the phone wrote a note "must be 7 days prior to cancel" (7 days before renewal date was Christmas eve) and said I couldn't cancel and the manager left early. Then was told a manager would call me tomorrow, never did so I called back the next day and she told me it was too late now. I understand it is hard to leave memberships but it's not okay to make a customer run in a circle for days, just to take money out of an account by someone who can no longer tan. read more

I actually love this place bc their beds r so worth it. I gave it 3 stars bc the workers r by far rude, except the lady who brings her dog she's very nice. I will say I hate their policy to wear eyewear I have never been to a place that tells u u must wear it and makes u buy it. I am a grown adult I don't need some one to make me wear eyewear. I have been a customer for a few years and will NEVER return! I purchased a week of tanning at the Glassboro location, it was explained it could be used over a months time by the young man at the desk. After two visits I returned the next week after purchase and was told my week was up, with my work schedule I would have never purchased such a package had it been explained correctly! With three faces behind the desk staring me down including the young man who sold me the package denying he explained it that way I left. Being a business owner myself customer service is everything!!!!!! In business a misunderstanding is just that no matter on who's part! Instead of offering a solution they have lost a repeat customer who will never recommend them again! read more

Very disappointed! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to get an airbrush tan the day before a wedding I was going too. I understand the weather is unpredictable but I drove in the snow to make my appointment only to find a note on the door saying there was a delayed opening due to the weather. They provided a number to call to check for opening updates which only lead to a voicemail. You would think they would have at least called the reservations they had to let them know about the change. Definitely will not be coming back! read more

Always have to wait. Service is always slow and didnt seem very curtious. I purchased option to upgrade and was never given the opportunity. A bed was never available and was only given a choice of a stand up that was in poor condition. I also was never told when my membership was going to expire and i went in to be told it had already expired. I definately will NOT be renewing here again. read more

The girl at the counter was PUSHING costly lotions I was not interested in trying to get me to purchase a costly "Top shelf" package. When I specifically asked for information about a less expensive package she outright lied to me about it. In fact she was evading specific questions I asked and continued to push the package she wanted me to buy ( even after I asked her to stop). There were degrading comments made to me about another tanning salon that was uncalled for. My overall opinion was that Tantini is overpriced and the girls pushy and disrespectful. I found a comparable bed at a much more reasonable rate with friendly staff at another salon nearby. read more

Girls at the front desk as consistently rude. They act like everything you ask is just too much for them. Several times there was no towel in the beds. I would never renew my membership here especially when Paradise Cove is right down the road with pleasant staff. read more

Most places have their workers arrive early so they have the place open at the right time..it's 11:06 on a Saturday and they are still closed we can't wait because we have to catch a bus. great AT FIRST! the facility is nice but then I was fraudulently charged after cancelling my account, the counter girl didn't apply the proper paperwork and I was charged even though i followed everything I was told in order to cancel. The owner ignored my phone calls and requests to discuss the situation, It has been 3 weeks and still no response! Be careful!! they love to take your money but will not give it back even when it's there mistake! I will NEVER go here again or refer anyone to this business! read more

Ok so almost all of the girls who work here are airheads. A lot are rude. You walk in and say hi and they just give you this blank stare. I use the cheapest bed which still isn't that cheap which is why I don't understand why in the one room the railing is broken so you have to awkwardly pull the bed down from the outside. In another one the start button doesn't work, and another the fan was(still is? Not sure) broken. Also, the speakers in the rooms are supposed to be playing music but that's been broken for a while. Today was my first visit, and I'm super pleased. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. I was nervous about getting a spray tan because I've never gotten one before, and the results were wonderful. I'm relatively pale, and collectively we settled on a medium shade. The booth was clean and the staff thoroughly walked me through the process and aftercare. I will definitely return. The pricing is average for the service, but they have great package deals. read more

Used to love this place, the staff was always friendly and the services are great. UNTIL an inch of snow fell last night and they decided to close at 9:30 without calling the remaining appointments of the night. They posted a sign on the front door "closing early due to inclement weather @ 9:30. Stay safe and we will see you tomorrow, 1/22/13." How about putting one person on the phones while the rest clean to close so she/he can call the 9:30-12 appointments and help them "stay safe" by not driving to and from their business for nothing.
