I keep asking them to please treat the area along our fence and they haven't. I've asked them to treat our garden bed in the front because it's going nuts with weeds and we live in an area with an HOA. Ive agreed to pay for their add on service for that treatment. I've attempted to set up days and times for an appointment and all of the sudden they are ignoring me and showed up today to treat my neighbors lawn and left ours!!!! The guy Adam no-showed and won't answer messages all of the sudden. Ive asked him to meet with me so I can show him where not to spray and have expressed concern over the fact that our lawn is inexplicably dying in certain areas and asked for no further fertilizer to be added. Let me be clear, we have not asked for anything crazy or been obnoxious in any way. I've asked normal reasonable questions and now all of the sudden they won't respond and def aren't honoring their advertised services. They haven't come out to treat for weeds between services when I've told them about areas they have missed or how much we need the weeds in the front to be sprayed. They're the gnarliest, tallest grass weeds I've ever seen and when I try to pull it myself it comes up in GIANT clumps disturbing the weed mat and gravel in the area. I really need it sprayed so I can just pull dead grass instead of the mutant grass that's destroying everything. The picture below is one I took that happens to show where some of the lawn is dying. There are other giant/worse patches where the grass has died completely. Needless to say I can't stand these people. False advertising and strange behavior. Will be looking for a reputable company to take over.

Had a local competitor do my lawns before Pro Yard Services. The previous company broke a lot of my sprinkler heads with their big mowers and refused to do anything about it. Good fair price, though still a good chunk of money but we're happy to pay fairly for good service. Other companies we called said they couldn't get to us for weeks and seemed to snub us for the small job - the manager/owner of B&B answered personally right away, treated us with great respect despite our small job (the key of any business!), followed through sending us a quote the next day exactly as they said. Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there. Nothing that wouldn't make us refer friends to them or hire them again. Great service, easy and pleasant to work with.

After signing the contract, we heard nothing from them for weeks. They finally showed up unannounced at 4:00 PM. The crew did a mediocre job on roughly three-quarters of the yard, then announced they were done for the day and would return the next day to finish. While on site, the workers took multiple long breaks. The lead spent a noticeable amount of time on his phone scrolling instead of supervising or working. When I asked why they weren't working, he simply said it was hot. It was warm, but they had only been actively working for about 50 minutes when I confronted him. They had been on-site for roughly 2.5 hours total. When they left, the lead claimed they had clocked two hours. The bill later charged us for the full time the truck was at our property (via GPS tracking), regardless of whether the crew was actually working. They also stated that the return visit would have a two-hour minimum. At $195 per hour for a three-man crew, this adds up very quickly for incomplete work. The crew ultimately left several areas with visible weeds untouched. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the work quality was subpar, and the billing practices felt unfair. This company is expensive and not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Happily, I left the worry to Arbor Services and not only did they trim my tree, but also found the pesky insects nest and disposed of it, drilled 50 holes in my ground to add needed supplements, and even called the city to add some insight on how to cut the tree in the future since it's near some power lines. They did all of this and for that amount of work, I was thinking they would say a cost that would make even Scrooge's mouth water, but it ended up being fair and was a great value!
