One of the ingredients is sour cream. I had none so I tried your yogurt I bought at Valley Natural foods. Unbelievable! I also use the yogurt for a topping on apple pie. I've gotten rave reviews from the eaters. The yogurt topping, made with sugar, vanilla and spices, replaces the upper crust. It is called "Cream Schnitz (apple) Pie." At first I turned up my nose...I don't really like strong blue cheeses, but this one melted my heart. It's perfect crumbled into a salad, part of a cheese plate (of course it will steal the show), spread on a baguette, tossed in salad...the list is endless. It is silky smooth with a little nip that comes across slowly. This was my first taste of their Dragon's Breath Blue Cheese, but it won't be my last. I'm really a cheese lover and this place didn't disappoint. Got a taste of the ice cream and while it's got a distinctive taste, I still prefer that farmer's market ice cream. It's okay , but nothing to write home about. Bought yogurt just to give it a try and it tasted really good! That's definitely why I might go again. It has this "homemade" feeling to it. In terms of entertainment value, I was expecting more. At least some kind of explanation how they make their products or some kind of guided tour. If you just walk in not knowing there's a farm right next to the store you wouldn't even know it. I would definitely go and try something else next time, but not the ice cream.
