Bryon was very friendly and professional. We have a rock retaining wall that's right behind our house and I always worry about cleaners putting up ladders on the hill and falling over the edge. I was pleased and surprised to see they could clean the windows with their water pole and never had to set up any ladders! He even took the time to stop what he was doing and explain how the whole water purification and brush set up worked. The windows look great and we will definitely be calling them again for other jobs :)
