They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They used to be a reputable place. Not…read moreany more. I took it in for electrical problems. They told me I needed a new starter, so I had them replace it. They also said the brake pedal went too low, so brakes needed to be bled and refill fluid. Didn't change the pedal at all. They also told me we needed a new battery. Yeah, no kidding! The battery in the vehicle when I took it in was less than a year old. Funny how when I got it back, the battery in it now was 1 1/2 years old and wouldn't hold a charge. Since they stole my good battery and gave me a bad one, I couldn't even get Autozone to exchange it because it was some off brand I never heard of. It cost me another $180 to replace what they stole. VERY SHADY operation. Go somewhere else and save yourself a ton of hassle and money. Oh, the electrical problem never got fixed. But they charged me to diagnose and do nothing for it. The vehicle wouldn't even start when I picked it up. Dead battery. Again! I took it to someone else who actually KNEW what he was doing and got the electrical fixed. What a waste of time and money!
