The blade was dull, not full of gas and height was unadjustable. Told them it just could not do the job. Asked them to prorate the 4 hours and let me pay for an hour and the answer was an emphatic no. I guess customer service isn't a concern anymore.

They sometimes do not have a quality attitude and are not always customer service minded (but remember - good help is hard to find).

Kody was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows his trade. He said he had 24 years of experience, and it showed. I decided to have Airmasters come out and give me an estimate on a new system. Shannon came that afternoon and went over everything and at a price I could afford. I got a $1,000 rebate from Daikin and then I will received another $1,200 check via United Co-Op Electrical Services for having a new, efficient system installed. Can't beat that. Shannon said I was more than welcome to check other places; however, for me, Airmasters has always been fair and treated me right. New system was installed a week later. Been running for two days now and love it. I recommend Airmasters to all my friends.
