I contacted Air Masters via their website and scheduled a service appointment. I received a prompt response and was given an appointment the next day between 1p-5p. The next day I was contacted by the service tech Steven. He said he could be out around 9:30a if that was convenient for me. He checked out my unit completed all repairs in about 1.5hrs. I was very satisfied with the prompt service but Steven was great. He was very informative and explained what he did to resolve my issue. Air Masters installed my unit during construction and have been very professional every time I have had any contact with their team. I have used Air Masters for years and have always been satisfied. This week, 107 degrees, my AC quit working. They said they would have to order a part and would be able to fix it the following day, on Friday. Friday morning I called to check the status. They told me that the part hadn't come in and it would be Monday before they could fix it. I told them that I am 79 yrs old and won't last that long in this heat wave. I had already spent two nights without my AC. Later they called back and said some one would be out in about 15 minutes. Our heating unit wasn't working properly so I give Air Masters a call. Have used this company for several years and very happy with them. We ask them to send out service tech Stephen Perez, which we have used for the past few years. He came out, checked the system, found the problem and did an awesome job as usual. AIRMASTERS put in two new Trane AC systems in our house. They have worked flawlessly and it was wonderful to actually be able to cool the house down in the summer. Went with a 17 SEER 2 stage system for the living room area and it keeps the temp so consistent. Love that ability. Wade and the crew were really it nice and they helped us out in an emergency with our rental where the system shorted out and they got it fixed within a couple hours! Wow is the best way to describe my experience with this company. Roddy was my technician. He is very personable and thorough. It turned out I'm just terrible at A/C maintenance LOL. Great experience from quote to finish. We upgraded our 25 year old heat pumps to a new Trane XV18 variable speed unit and it is really nice. I would like to give a huge shout out to Jacob and John from Airmasters. They came out yesterday and fixed our A/C up and didn't jerk me around and they were so great. I called Airmasters at 720pm on a Friday night, Stephen from Airmasters was here within 45 minutes. Temps at 106 degrees & AC stopped cooling he was a God send.
