thank you to the amazing manager that helped me install my new wipers, i am so grateful…read more i told a women over the phone i purchased them last week, and if i can bring them in to be installed, unfortunately she argued with me, even though i told her they were purchased through auto zone. i have work and was only available today to bring them. she still told me no. i still came to the store after another hour of trying to figure out how to install them. he came out to help me, but as he's coming out she's complaining that she already told me no over the phone. he fixed them for me in less than 5 minutes. it's sad that i was constantly denied, and being treated like a liar from this person, i work full time and had the confidence to replace them myself, but i couldn't figure it out, sadly she was so rude. so i write this review as a thank you to the manager that stepped up and helped me for a quick moment, a quick act of kindness really does a long way.
