Typically get greeted by a cashier on my way in. The store is usually clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which makes it quick to get in and out when I know what I need. They carry a solid selection of farm, ranch, and home supplies, and I've been able to find everything from tools to pet supplies. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help if you ask, though sometimes it can take a few minutes to track someone down during busier times. The Dog Wash room was completely out of towels and had empty shampoo bottles. The room is an unsanitary and dangerous mess! The drying table is in the way of the ramp for dogs to get in and out of the tub. Dirty towels were all over the floor, and since there were no clean towels, the dogs tracked water all over the store! Drove my elderly neighbor to the store to get gift cards. Was able to find a handicap spot easily. I've been to TSC in two other states, maybe three. This one looked bigger and was warm in weather just over 50 degrees F. Christmas gifts were near the door and the gift cards were right in front on the cash wrap. We looked at the work gloves and Carhartt. I was surprised by the Carhartt prices, but the inexpensive clothes were thin, not that the store has anything to do with that. We checked the work gloves at Walmart later and they were slightly less expensive but you can bet that they wouldn't last as long. Employees were friendly and helpful. My neighbor handed the cashier $100 too much and the cashier made sure to let her know and counted the money in front of us to be certain. read more

Great products. This location is extremely handicap friendly. Parking is right at the door, it is all one level with an indoor and outdoing section. Aisles have room where it needs to be. You can see that the layout was well thought out. The area has changed due to Ripon getting built up right there. But, this location is right by the tower by the freeway. You truly can't miss it if you're looking for it. Products are consistently available and fresh. My family goes here for our poultry, dog and cat care. We have also bought kids boots here before there was a bass pro or boot barn nearby. My kids have participated in FFA, so this has also been our source for supplies. We have been shopping here for about 1 year and always have a great experience. Today I was helped by Jessie and she was so nice and helpful and had a great smile! We have done in store, delivery, curbside and shipping. The curbside was easy and fast. Called when I got there and they came out in just a couple of minutes. In store, everything is always clean and pretty well stocked. For same day delivery, the driver was so friendly and placed the package very near to the door and rang the bell. Shipping was delivered when promised. Some people have complained about an item not being in the store when the website says they have it. I was told by a manager that the website is not updated on a regular basis so sometimes they actually don't have it in the store. I think this should be taken up with corporate not the store. I ordered a pair of boots online and noticed I got the wrong size. I wrote to them, just outside of an hour of my order, to ask them to cancel it so I could reorder the right size. I was told they couldn't do that because the order had already been "processed". I assumed that meant it had already been shipped, which is an understandable reason to deny me the cancelation. Then I logged onto Paypal and noticed they had charged me TWICE. I demanded, again, to cancel my order and refund me for the double charge which was ignored. It's been three weeks and today I got a message saying my boots shipped. So they could have easily just canceled the order the day I ordered it, they just refused because they could. Don't buy from a company like this. I would have ordered another pair of boots in the right size from them, but this experience has been terrible. We checked out the inventory and walked around and then went home buying only minimal items because I wanted to check and compare prices with competitors. We returned last night to order a chicken coop and the pen and accessories. Chickens are something totally new for us. So, I want to thank the super nice girl with the dreds (I cannot remember her name) but she was super nice, friendly and helpful until she had to leave and she set me up with Dan. I think he was the manager. Hats off to his customer service. He spent 20 minutes just talking to us about the chickens and items we would need and fencing etc etc. Gave us so much knowledge and information. He gave us the TLC you would only get from a local store up here in the mountains. You would not get that time and attention in Fresno. WIND GAP STORE EXPERIENCE!! Today, I needed more bags of Scott's Soil (red bag) and Scott's Hummus and manure (beige bag). I started in the Wind Gap location and there were a few bags outside of the Scott's hummus & manure so I went inside with one bag in the cart and proceeded to check out with cashier. There was a conflict of price, $2.69 on register but sign outside read $2.49. Kaityn summoned a manager and not sure who the female clerk that yelled in my face, "YOU STAND RIGHT THERE!" as she went outside to pull the OLD PRICE off of metal stand. Just seconds before, my wife was sitting in our car, saw the female exit the store and photographed the old price. I was looking for manure, I didn't think I'd receive it in the bag and from a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK! No Scott's in red bag here, so I looked online and saw Broadheadsville location showed STOCK. I drove from Wing Gap to Broadheadsville and nothing there. I asked a young man and he confirmed no stock. I phoned the location in Lower Nazareth and Teresa confirmed stock so we drove the 25 miles. We don't want to shop in Wind Gap if the attitudes are part of the shopping trip. Just not worth tolerating a person dealing with public who acts like we are bothering her! DON'T BUY YOUR CHICKS ONLINE FROM TSC ! Horrifying experience that has lasted 6 months. We originally bought 8 layer hen pullets online from TSC only to find out that they do not pay the hatchery to vaccinate against Merek's disease or Coci. We have now lost 6 of our 8 and spent hundreds of dollars in vet bills only to watch them suffer and die. The birds are unable to process their food as normal and suffer from internal tumors and neurological symptoms before dying. This has been heartbreaking for us as we just wanted to give them the best life possible and enjoy their eggs along the way. We contacted both TSC and the hatchery and the response was basically oh well .. sorry nothing we can do about it. Never again... read more

On April 21st I purchased over $3000 worth of fence materials from Tractor Supply Co. Paid over $400 for freight. April 30th I finally received my order, only to find out I'm missing 1 full pallet with all my gates and majority of my posts. Called and was told rep would get back me. No replies til I called back. May 5th I finally get call from shipping company my last pallet was found. Comes with both gates damaged and no posts at all. Tractor Supply starts a claim and tells me my order will ship out by Fri same week. As of today, no product, no call backs from Tractor Supply and not 1 employee can tell me what is going on with my order. May 13th after 7-8 calls, 3 emails and Facebook messages. Tractor supply will not respond back, will not provide me with current tracking and has yet to refund or even acknowledge the issue I'm having. Not good. I was the Tractor Supply in Buckeye, AZ today. I was there to buy Equine Senior and on my way to the register I stopped to look at the chicks. It's horrible, every chick in the stacked brooder had pasty butt really extremely bad! There was an store worker cleaning the plastic on the brooder. I advised her about the chicks condition also of the one dead that was being trampled on, flat! I asked to speak to the store manager. I informed the store manager, Mark, that the chicks were not being taking care of because every single chick had extreme pasty butt.something wrong with these brooder because I have never seen TSC chicks look this way. The store manager said he will get someone to take care of them. I can't believe no one working there knew this already!!! I purchased 6 just to try to save their lives. I went into Tractor Supply in May to get feed the cashier in for me that if I applied for a credit card I would get $50 gift card sent to me in the mail within 7 to 10 days so I figured what the heck so I opened up a credit card even though I only wanted a credit balance of $350 they approve me for a much higher one which I would never use they applied my $53 purchase to the account when I received my bill in the mail nothing showed that I had a credit I never received a gift card in the mail I called the company up they informed me that the cashier was not correct that I would be getting an e-gift card via email within 30 days which I would expect to get by June 12th so now today June 22nd I still have not received any gift card via email so I called Tractor Supply up again Tractor Supply then informs me that it doesn't come as an e-gift card for one total amount it comes as five egift cards for $10 each and two of the five have already been redeemed supposedly by me when I made a purchase inside the store which I have not done so I just want everybody to know that they're $20 or they're $50 that you're getting is a scam for opening up an account with them because nobody knows what they're talking about for one and for two I've never received it and the gentleman says there's nothing more he can do so I close my account and shredded my card ​​​​ read more

I ordered a livestock kennel online. When it was delivered, (not by Tractor Supply, by a company from shipping), the person delivering it could only drop it in my driveway. The way it was wrapped had it leaning and it's about 6 feet tall so I knew a gust of wind would send it crashing to the ground. I had no idea what to do. It's 350 pounds so there was no way I could move it. So, I called Tractor Supply in Ripon and talked to Arianna. She was great and listened to my problem. She called their delivery person, Zac, who was on a delivery in Modesto. Arianna got right back to me telling me Zac said he would help. He arrived at my house with a pallet Jack and moved the kennel into my fenced driveway. Then, still being concerned that it would get blown down and seeing how dangerous it was, he stayed and helped me take it apart so the pieces were safely against the wall. As we were taking it apart, Zac noticed that the gate to the kennel was damaged and broken. He said he would take it back and bring me a new one, which he did in a timely manner!
