It is almost 90 degrees outside so we are very uncomfortable. The one conversation we had, we were told it was not an emergency because we didn't have a baby. Our entire experience with the company has been poor. Their lease is ridiculous and borderline egregious, as are most places so that we could get past. But that coupled with terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE, service makes it just not worth it. If you have any other options I highly recommend going with a different company. Tenants who pay their rent on-time and never have any issues should be able to get their AC fixed asap. Very dissapointed.

They put rental price without any notification initially then dropped my rental price without notifying me. When I finally got a renter in place it took them so long to respond to my inquiries about a service request from the tenant and schedule my technician to come out. I really hope my tenants had a better experience because I really want them to stay in my property.They dont even check the rental home when tenants move out.They kept the home vacant for 5 months and charged me management every month and marketing and Finally and i fired DK rentals and got a tenant within a month. If you prioritize your peace, please do not use them. DK rentals made this process more stressful than it should have been.

I scored my experience 3 stars bc I am spammed with a survey request for every single thing possible. The move in process was simple but overwhelming with so many texts and emails. It was impossible to keep up. The home was inspected for cleanliness prior to my move in but had drink/ food splatters on the baseboards and walls from previous tenants. The paint job was incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. It is obvious that they hire cheap/unlicensed contractors to clean and paint. ​
