They also sell an assortment of goods ranging from jewelry to books. There was a good amount of metered parking available, which was nice, and the place is easy to find. Highly recommend!

He was kind in giving everyone guidelines to follow, such as folding the shirts to maintain cleanliness. He also answered my question about this tee I was looking for. Everyone was respectful. The location was cute and very organized. I got a really great deal on three tops and one fleece pant for a little over $50. It's worth checking out. I went on a Friday morning. I would go again.

I found free street parking on La Cienega and walked over but there should be street parking on Fay by the store as well. The prices of the sample sale were decent and they also offered 15% off all other shop items. What I loved the most was the information they had to sign up for volunteering with local organizations that aid in trail restoration! This is a cute small shop that gives back to our environment, I would recommend coming by.

I read up on the history before coming; it's fascinating to know this was once a convent. Between the beautiful grounds, the various cool rooms filled with art, and a pool reminiscent of Hearst Castle, the vibe is unmatched. Everything about the setting is picture-worthy and perfectly maintained.  Unfortunately, as a catering choice, the food was "mid". The passed hors d'oeuvres were the highlight, but the main dinner fell short. They served steak, salmon, broccolini, and mashed potatoes--all of which were beautifully plated but incredibly bland. I had the honor of being invited to a private, invite-only event hosted by Dropbox at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion in Los Angeles, and the experience left a strong impression. First off, the architecture is absolutely stunning, both outside and inside. From the moment you arrive, the bold, modern exterior immediately stands out. The geometric, hexagonal façade feels sculptural and contemporary, yet it somehow blends beautifully with the surrounding historic campus. It's one of those buildings that looks incredible during the day and becomes even more dramatic at night when lit up. Although the pavilion itself isn't physically huge, the design makes it feel much larger than it is. The open layout, high ceilings, layered levels, and clever use of light give the space an airy, expansive feel rather than anything cramped. It manages to feel intimate and grand at the same time, which is no small feat. Inside, the architectural details continue to impress. Clean lines, warm materials, and sweeping curves create a visually engaging environment from every angle. The main event space handled a large crowd comfortably, and the flow between indoor and outdoor areas made it easy to move around and explore. The Dropbox event itself was very well done overall. The crowd was lively, the energy was great, and it was inspiring to be surrounded by creatives from different industries. The only minor downside was that audio levels were occasionally a bit overwhelming, especially during presentations--but nothing that took away too much from the experience. Food-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. The event catering was delicious, well-presented, and thoughtfully executed--definitely above the typical "event food" standard. On May 30th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, the Alzheimer's Association hosted a Caregiver Wellness Day…read more I was delighted to participate in this event, which provided valuable insights and resources for caregivers. The event organizers thoughtfully provided parking, which was particularly convenient given the challenges of parking at venues or downtown areas. 9am I was able to enjoy a continental breakfast upon arrival with fellow caregivers. The Alzheimer's Association had a few classes lined up for those who wanted to participate. 10 am. communication: keep it simple 10:30 pj's pies an Alzheimer's love story 11 am. thriving as a caregiver There were several other classes in room 2. I just couldn't divide myself to be in those. The schedule was highly planned well and appreciated. Dr. Ayesha Sherzai and Dr. Dean Sherzai quest speakers on "The profound influence of lifestyle on brain health" went from 11:30 to 12:30. Brain health is so important ! Raffles were held throughout the event. Caregivers getting a glam makeover, massage. I mean, we were spoiled at today's event. La found had a booth. I was happy to see them there. There is a Project Lifesaver, which provides a voluntary system of trackable bracelets for at-risk individuals. The bracelet works by emitting a radio frequency every couple of seconds. It has helped me a great deal with my loved one who wonders. Lunch was provided by Wolfgang Puck Wonderful goodie bags for caregivers Let's talk about where the event was held. GenSpace is a place to connect with others, discover new interests, and explore ways to live happily and healthily through exciting classes, special events, and other activities. Or just come and read, share, and hang out. GenSpace was the vision of Wallis Annenberg -- a destination dedicated to enriching and expanding the lives of older adults by forging new relationships and creative expression through storytelling, technology, art, and horticultural therapy in beautiful green spaces. I just never knew this remarkable space was available. There are 3 levels to this fabulous building. Gen space opened April 22, 2023. He seems very reactive and by his demeanor, I smelled a Narcissist. I walked out of his group because I felt he was a toxic person. Be forwarned.
