SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!!! I don't usually leave Yelp reviews, but I felt the need to speak up for this place. Fancy House is a small, local business in K-town. I saw a review claiming the Labubus here are fake, which is just NOT true. I've personally bought several Labubu figures from this store and verified each one through the official Popmart site -- they're 100% authentic. If anyone has doubts, feel free to message me. I'm happy to show proof. I'll even include a picture of one I bought from here just two days ago with a screenshot of the Popmart authentication page AND the QR code (I pulled the secret Have a Seat!!!!!!! They apparently also have great juju here lol). Beyond that, the store is well-stocked and clearly run by people who keep up with what's trending. Tons of cute merch, from Sanrio to Pokémon (they even have Pokémon cards!!!), and a really solid selection of blind boxes. Love this store!!!

Cute little store full of toys, k-pop things, anime items and a ton of other little things like stationery, keychains and stickers. However, most of it is overpriced.

I passed this little shop while I was about to go into the KTP Food Court and I HAD to look around. I always love going into these kinds of shops. I loved the Demon Slayer, Pokémon, and Gudetama items they had. I ended up leaving with a $2.99 pair of Squirtle Socks and a $3 pack of Korean Pokémon Cards (English set equivalent: SwSh Battle Styles). I even pulled a Korean Tapu Koko V! I was very satisfied with the appearance of the shop and my purchase. I've seen so many reviewers leave negative comments about how expensive things are. These people need to realize that these are virtually all imported/foreign goods. It's going to be more expensive because of shipping/tariff costs associated with getting them overseas. The prices are exactly what they should be. 100% satisfied with this visit.

Bad. Everything is very overpriced. Don't go to this store if you don't want to feel an overbearing pressure of uncomfortableness.

I grew up in Koreatown all throughout the 90s and very glad this place is still around. Also glad…read morethey've been taking a jab at social media. It deserves to be known. It's actually interesting to see a diverse crowd hang out here compared to back then when it was nothing but Korean people. The first floor retains most of the stores that existed back then too; Music Plaza which always had an insane selection of Korean music, the quaint coffee shop near the food court, the stationary store and bookstore near the elevator and of course the Food Court itself. Has the best prices of all sorts of Korean cuisine out there; I always gravitate towards the Dddukgook (Rice Cake Soup). The H-Mart used to be the mall's own market (called Plaza Market). I was a small kid back then, but it's quite congested as a grown adult over 6 foot tall. The layout is exactly the same from back then and I love it. There used to be a very tiny bakery next to the H-Mart on the left, but they have a much larger bakery on the right. The decor is still that same 80s-esque pink and teal tile, which I hope they never change. The second floor used to have this toy store that used to sell all sorts of Power Rangers and Pokemon toys. I miss it dearly, albeit I believe it was very overpriced back then lol. I believe it's the mail store now. The third floor used to have this appliance/electronics store called "ABC Plaza". It had literally everything from USA albums, Korean appliances, and a whole section for Japanese import games. As a kid it felt like paradise. I believe it's now turning into a gym, which is cool in itself. My wife bought me some Pokemon cards from that toy store near the food court, and it reactivated all my memories. Please stay around, K-Town Plaza!

The elevator has a 4-person limit and going over that will cause the elevator to become stuck and beep very loud (which is so sketchy). The permit listed on the elevator expired in 2023 as well. It's always lively and bustling with younger AND older generations of Koreans plus plenty of non-Koreans looking to explore the culture! As someone who has lived in Koreatown his whole life, this place is a pillar of Korean-American culture. By the way, cell reception is completely non-existent in many areas of the mall including H-Mart and the food court. Restrooms are on the first floor.

We didn't know the family or child well, only that he was turning four and has an older brother. I purposely wanted to shop local and support an independent business, and a quick search on Yelp led me here. We arrived about an hour before closing on Saturday, which was great because parking meters end at 4pm and we found parking out front easily. We were greeted by an employee behind the desk as we walked in. She asked if there was anything she could help us find, and I let her know we were first time customers looking for a birthday gift with the details mentioned above. She let us know the layout of the store, her suggestions, but let us look freely. Over time more customers arrived with small children, and received the same courteous service. The store is clean and curated. I appreciated seeing well made toys and items inspiring imaginative play, rather than cheap plastic with distracting lights or sounds. I eventually chose a doctor play set as well as some items for my own children, such as animal figures and stamp markers. They offer free gift wrapping, which is a nice touch. The one alarming fact that stood out is that there were many empty storefronts on their block, so it's more important than ever to support our local economy. Their prices reflect investment in well made items, so I would not come here expecting big box store deals. In a world full of Target and Amazon, I would rather spend my money supporting a local, independent business. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back with our kids this holiday season.
