Though I may be wrong, I believe it is more Eastern-European focused. Either way, they have a great selection. I picked up some of their cured meats and some spreads. I'm looking forward to visiting again when I have more time! The shop is both large and small at the same time. I hope that they are able to fill in more of their shelves with more great food items. A small corner store in West Manchester tucked away in a residential area. Inside a few rows of Polish imports- krout, pickles, jams, breads, cookies, frozen foods like pierogies, and a deli with homemade cold cuts, cheese, head cheese, sausages, etc. My scores of the day included: -Pierogies -Pickles -Sweet & sour red cabbage -Sage Tea -Vegeta (seasoning) -Bacon -Ham stuffed with bacon -Smoked Kiebalsa The owner seemed very nice and the store was pretty busy. But here the response is "Sure, let me show you the selection". The prices are high, that's for sure. And a previous reviewer had a minor heart attack at the party sized lasagna now being 75 bucks. And she's right, I saw it with that price in the fridge, along with similarly priced eggplant parmigiana. Is that too much? I don't know, not having purchased it and tried it out. But I suspect the answer would be "yes, it's pricey but it's worth it". For those who buy premade stuff, that is. Personally I'd simply acquire all the needed ingredients from them and make it myself. The wine tasting on Thursdays is a great way to sample a variety of new-to-you wines along with bites of their cheeses. Fun way to sample and perhaps find a new favorite. The staff were friendly and when learned it was our first time in explained their different menu options, how their pizza is made with a thin crust and fresh ingredients and drink options. We chose an appetizer of the Bruschetta and the Toscana Pizza with prosciutto, mushrooms and arugula. My husband got a beer and I got a seltzer. We were lucky to get a table as there are not many. There is also a bar area overlooking the pizza oven. The Bruschetta was so flavorful with fresh ingredients and amazing balsamic drizzle. Our pizza was made with fresh ingredients and so tasty. They serve gelato and some pastries, but we were too full to try any. The staff checked on us a couple times. We will absolutely be returning.
