Visited Florida and wanted to pick up a Hookah and accessories for my stay. Found this store and decided to make a purchase. I didn't use the hookah after all and decided to return the item (with a receipt) before I left going back home. I Went to the store Saturday night and the lady was closing the store and couldn't except the return. Online it states they close at 10pm. I drove back to the store Sunday afternoon and the same woman was attending the store. I let her know I wanted to return the unused item (with receipt). She makes a phone call to whom I could assume is the owner of the store and he lets her know that they don't take returns or make exchanges. This is NOT on their receipt, posted in the store nor was I informed when I made the purchase. I DO NOT recommend this store at all. Just out of pure inconvenience and LACK of selection. I wish there was a negative star rating. read more

I came here once to try it, there was not much a selection for the pieces I have. There was a young kid there that seemed a little clueless. It's a shame because it's near my house and it's a nice store. read more

I was in here a couple of days ago and my experience was not the best. I went in to buy a few vapes and the employee, who was young with a hand tattoo, gave me attitude and was really rude when i asked a few questions about some pieces, he was also on his phone most of the time and didn't want to help whatsoever, i never ended up buying anything because it was obvious he wanted me gone. As a business owner myself i wouldn't deal with an employee like that and I wouldn't recommend this place at all after going here read more

For the first time in eight years, I had purchased a vape that broke due to no fault of my own. The magnetic piece of the cartridge fell out, making it impossible to connect it to the battery. I did try to fix this problem myself because I was currently at work. I was unsuccessful. When I showed up to Pro Vape with my first complaint in over eight years, the male clerk basically told me I was shit out of luck and there was nothing they could do for me. Now it's not about the money. I could've bought a new vape. It's not about the fact that they didn't offer me some kind of discount even if it was 10% for my trouble. Or maybe to return the vape to the manufacturer for me. No, it wasn't about any of that. it was the way that by saying that one thing they let me know how little they value me as a customer. it was degrading. Due to that fact, I will never return to that shop. I will never recommend that shop. I will never purchase for my friends at that shop. This is not customer service. It was a blatant and rude blowoff with an undertone of "we could care less about your business.

I stopped in while I was on vacation from NJ. The cigars and selections were incredible. The location was incredibly convenient. I was staying right on the beach and didn't want to go too far and this worked out great. I played a number of rounds of golf while I was down here and I didn't want to smoke a stale cigar that has sat in a pro shop for however long. The owner recommended the Ashton's Double Corona and it was the best. I bought a box the next day and had him ship them to my house for me. You're going to love this place. read more

THE SELECTION HERE IS INSANE!! From specialty glass pieces to their cigars, it's just insanely convenient to finally have a great shop on this side of town. The staff is also great, Emmanuel always has high energy and Fernando is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the cigars on hand and he even places special orders on cigar boxes if you want to buy in bulk! Great smoke shop! They have a huge selection of glass pieces and they can answer pretty much any question you throw at them lol. The girl that helped me always had a smile on her face and when I asked about their cigar collection the owner came out personally and walked me through the choices. It's a bit of a drive for me but it'll be worth coming to every time! They also took 10% off for it being my first order so that was cool! read more

Incredibly knowledgeable staff! My husband smokes cigars and I had passed this store on my way home so I stopped to grab one to surprise him. The gentleman had recommended 3 different options and gave me 10% as a first time client! When I got home my husband said that the cigars I had gotten him are extremely difficult to find so safe to say if you love cigars you'll love this little shop! Ask for Fernando! read more
