I am moving this week and they have gone out of their way to see if there is anything I need. The message was really good! It really encouraged me. This place has a way of truly lifting your spirits. The worship team was very talented, and I loved how they had a fresh word from God to give. Last year, and a bit of this year was rough... but wow did God bring me through it! I wanted to find a place where I could just go listen to the word, and thank Him for all he's done for me. I haven't had a church family in some time, and I know this is the right place for me. These people are ALL truly alive! You can see it in their faces. If you're not a Christian, don't like waking up early, and or don't like churchy people...just try this place. All I can say is I came in one way, and I left with joy in my heart and perfect peace of mind. It's Tuesday, and I am counting the days until I go back again :)

I forced myself to go here this morning and I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. Note: I walked out of the last church I visited after 5 minutes. I have criteria that I look for in a church, such as: *good lighting - check, I was impressed with the excellent interior and natural lighting from clerestory *no stupid, creepy religious outfit or robe on pastor - check *pastor looks normal and doesn't feel reptilian - check *pastor doesn't have a used car salesman mentality - check *pastor doesn't ramble on about stupid things his kids did - check *church is not in an office building, warehouse or school - check *good music - check *members aren't a bunch of controlling, old people - check *people are friendly - check *no talk about politics - check So far, this place is good. Hopefully it continues that way.

Not only does he teach the word of God in an unadulterated fashion, he spends time with his flock and ministers to them. He gives back to the community as a fire chaplain for OCFA, and also ministers to people in their last moments of life, as a hospice Chaplain. Pastor Brett has poured into my life many times as when I call him for counsel and advice. He makes himself available at all hours and is always happy to take my call. His sermons are well planned out, yet yielded to the Holy Spirit's guidance. He is led by the Lord and obediently follows His voice. He's definitely not your average pastor. Although he preaches the Bible with love and compassion, he has no problem confronting false doctrine... but he does so with the love of the Lord, yet firm. If you're looking for a church with a shepherding pastor, and the heart of Christ, look no further....you've found the right place!

Even though this was the second time we had lost a son, as he spoke we were filled with a peace that can only come from God. The bible speaks of this. My husband and I had been raised in a large structured religion where we never learned how to read the bible. We didn't even own one. We started attending Living Water Community Church the following week. We were surrounded by the kindest, most loving and supportive group of people we had ever known! We have been attending this church ever since. We have been fed every week with the word of God straight from the bible. ( HIS blueprint for our lives!!!) We have been so blessed by this wonderful small church over the years. I liken it to wearing my shoes on the right feet for the first time in my life!!!

Just a review on my most recent experience, not leaning towards bad review, nor really good…read more Not family friendly My family and I went to the 1130 service but a week ago as we're walking in one of the helpers/volunteers handed my 3 1/2 year-old son a toy car. Of course, my son took it. This is it important a little bit later on in the story. I'll make it short and quick. I one moment of the service. My son was making a little too much noise with that toy car and because his brother had left to go use the restroom immediately calm down and that was the end of it About 10 seconds later. Another volunteer comes up to me telling me that we'll just be the last of his hand from mind you. He's already sitting down my lap , Completely quiet you which I just tell her. Yes as you can see. He's calm. Then she says well I've been at the very Front and I've already heard him multiple times. At this point, I can't help get defensive because no you have not. I don't know who you've heard but no you have not. My son hasn't made no more noise than someone yawning or putting their coffee cup down. I'll let it be known that can't be true. This was his first noise out and it was completely put out in literally 15 seconds. Which mind you you guys were the one who keep him a toy at the beginning of the Service I felt extremely comfortable after this and extremely unwelcome. How are you guys going to argue over normal human noises? In fact, I would've been argue that many adults there are making louder noises than my son, when and part of the fact you guys were the one who handed him a toy. I don't know What You Were Expecting and to come up to Me telling me that you've been hearing him over 20 feet away. It's just completely a lie and I'm not gonna except that coming from anyone anywhere. Needless to say, I will never be coming back, and I can not te that. This is probably just a bad experience with a specific volunteer. Not the whole church itself. However, it just being one of the first times. This is the impression that I have, and I know, there's a better fir elsewhere that actually welcomes everybody of all ages and not just tries to keep a certain image up I was almost forgetting, just to put the cherry on top. I left the service early because of how uncomfortable I felt. I felt as if my son couldn't sneeze without her. Trying to find any reason to kick us out of the area. The pastors are so big on being deeply rooted in the word and growing in your spiritual walk. They are amazing spiritual mentors to me. I moved to Nevada 2 years ago and I still attend church online because of how much I feel included in this church family. I also attend the women's Bible study via zoom. Every church member makes you feel welcome and included. I miss not being able to attend this church in person but I'm so grateful that I'm still able to be apart of this church family. I highly recommend this church to anyone who is looking to grow spiritually and to be apart of such an amazing ministry!
