NO CARE PROVIDED! AND STILL CHARGED 250 dollars. They are a joke. Go somewhere with actual pay assistance and a place that wont charge you for literal fake care.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Basedow. He is beyond kind and truly takes his time to ensure his patient's satisfaction in their visit. He spent time answering each and every one of my questions, including those about different services offered at Azalea, more specifically, dermal fillers- which I definitely would go back to receive. The facility is easy to access, incredibly clean, and has available parking. I have absolutely no complaints.

I experienced King's Daughter's Family Center for the first time this week. My Dad had an inpatient…read moreprocedure and my Mom needed blood work and a bone scan. The facility was fresh and new. The outpatient waiting room had restrooms, vending machines and an ice and water dispencer, which was free. I'm so glad I brought my own cup I could refill. We arrived at 8 AM. My Dad checked in for his procedure. Since I was his driver, I had to give my name and cell phone number so Dr Wong could call me after he completed the procedure. Then I left my Dad and went up the elevator to the lab with my Mom. She had already had blood drawn and advised they could get her in earlier for the bone scan that was scheduled for 10:45 AM. What? You can take her sooner? I was very impressed! Then we headed back to the waiting room. I received a call from the Dr at roughly 10:15 AM. He told me how it went and the medicine he was going to prescribe Dad. Then we were able to see my Dad. He was knocked out and didn't want to wake up. Nurse Becky was fabulous! She gave him some Sprite and checked all his vitals. We were out of there by 10:45 AM. This was a well ran medical facility. There was also an Urgent Care. A one stop shop with compassionate medical care workers. Thank you for taking such great care of my parents;)
