We recently had one of their representative come out to measure for carpet in four rooms and a staircase. We have already torn out the old carpet and padding and when we were told that there would be a fee for removal, my husband stated that he would not pay for a service that Goshen Floor Mart would not be doing. Goshen Floor Mart is refusing to give us a quote because we were not willing to pay them for removal that has already been done. They have lost a repeat customer and we will be sure to let all of our friends know that Goshen Floor Mart should not be used for any of their remodeling needs. I have never given a review to any business but after spending thousands of dollars with this business to have them treat us this way is unacceptable and I will be sure to spread the word every chance I get. I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new! CC was also a one-stop shop for us, as they did the demo, as well as installation. For background, I shopped around quite a bit and ended up starting with another company in town who offered a lower price and assurances that they would do quality work. That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work. You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house. The 2 installers were great. All-around nice guys who were skilled at their trade. The quality of work on our installation was impeccable. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project. These guys know what they are doing and the quality shows. They showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and there were no surprises. Did I mention attention to detail?
