I ordered a single bowl kitchen sink to replace the dual bowl in my recent model Lance travel trailer. The sink arrived with two problems; neither of which impacted the usability of it. Under the sink rim, there are screw "bosses" (places to attache screws for attaching metal clamps that screw to the underside of the counter-top. Two of the bosses (out of 8) were damaged. One was completely sheared off & unusable. The 2nd still had a plug in it from the molding process. I was able to shear off the plug & drill the boss out to make it useful. Clearly, this product did not have any quality control, or would have been rejected before shipment. The manufacturer was unwilling to provide any restitution to me for the poor quality of the sink. I made it usable, but would suggest that if you consider using this company for your RV needs that you use a credit card (I used PayPal) so you can have some leverage for them to make appropriate corrections, should they be needed.

But me they looked over the shoes with the fine too comb and then refuse to return them because they said the bottoms were dirty. I forgot to mention I called before I came because I live an hour away. I called to make sure that I can return them and I explained that my son wore them one day and they didn't fit him. They were hurting his feet so I called to make sure that I wouldn't get turned away if I drove an hour to return them and they said no problem. If I was Hispanic they wouldn't even have looked at them but since I wasn't it was a problem. What a horrible store. I won't stop until that manager is fired because it's not right to treat people like that.
