The third-party is pricing my home $200,000 more than the township and Delaware county. And no matter what input I can give, the price is not reflected by any changes I can make. It would be foolish to me to switch to your product and pay $500 more per year and not have upside only just downside. I'm seriously disappointed in Google's information provided from my the search. After reviewing my phone calls with the MetLife Customer Service Reps regarding the policy cancellation issue (see previous review), MetLife decided they were going to give me a refund even though I didn't want one. What I really wanted is for MetLife to make this form clearer. I was told by Angela, in Customer Service, that a change to the form is in the works AND they are processing a refund.
