There are too many issues to go into as to why I am disappointed with Sam. He missed numerous things and found some defects that weren't even there. He could not figure out how to operate the dishwasher. The seller's realtor had to do it for him. I also had an issue with a roofing inspection but I won't go into that. The biggest thing was missing a totally rusted out outside electric sub box. I am in The process of asking them to step up and do something about this inspection oversight.
