We were a little pissed, but when you live rural you have to deal with what you can get. That was a couple of months ago. We contacted them again and they said they would be getting another shipment in the beginning of this month, September. Never heard from them so we contacted them again. They replied last week that they got the shipment but had not opened it all yet but would be done in a couple of days. A week later and we have heard nothing so I call them. I am told that yes they have what I want but they can not be bothered to open the shipment until sometime late this week or next! Remember, I just want to pick up the product, give them my $1K+ and leave, but they need a second week to open the crate! Not once did this company contact us unless we asked them a question nor did they ever provide us with any updates; they only responded to emails. I said we would go elsewhere since I couldn't see their customer service ethics lasting long in the real world. The owner emailed me and said he could notify me if they ever decide to open that crate. I pointed out that I had driven 600 km to pick up the product, rented a truck and would be driving back home today. His response: Hope the rest of your day is nice. Be warned, this is not a team of professionals nor is it an operation you want to rely on.
