I don't know if they thought my pregnant belly was a plant or something, but I was just wearing a summer dress and sandals. No where to hide anything. Plus I was holding my wallet. No purse at all. Honestly, I was scared of the two workers following me. I called my friend to tell her just in case they decided to jump me. When I got to the car, they stared at me and quickly put my plants in the back, then drive away. I have never seen such behaviour and I'm still wondering if they were planning to jump or attack me. The Garden Centre has been meticulously sectioned for appropriate social distancing. The lanes are pretty narrow between the rows of plants so most of them are one way only. The signs are at eye-level so it's hard to miss to know which way to go. They even have a disposal station for PPE at the exit for used masks and wipes. All of the employees are Lowe's are super friendly and took the initiative to find out if we needed help. I did some research online ahead of time to see if they had the specific products I wanted in stock at this particular location and they did! Lowe's was the only place that had the bulk sizes of Pro-Mix soil in stock. The product was on sale but the sign hadn't been changed yet. An associate was able to scan the item and let us know what the updated price was. One interesting thing that I saw was that there were torn bags of mulch that were heavily discounted. It was made clear on the sign that the bags were opened and they were separate from the new bags of mulch so you won't have to worry about accidentally getting an opened bag. I had a really pleasant trip picking up gardening supplies! Highly recommend coming to this location for gardening goodies.

After a few months, my wife noticed that what supposed to be stone surface, small chips started to come off, the stone surface was actually plastic chips glued on a wooden backing. She also noticed that paint started to come off the dresser & night table. We called Ashley's customer service for warranty repair, and we spoke with a customer service person named Lilibeth, we tried to explain the situation to her, but without getting into the details, she started claiming that the paint came off because we had spilled solvent onto the top of the dresser, and that was not covered by warranty. We asked to speak with a manager and a lady by the name of Tanya came on the phone, Tanya started telling us that the paint and stone face problems are cosmetic and those would not be covered by warranty. She also said that only structural damage is covered. We really felt betrayed by Ashley, which sold us craps at top price, I would for sure never shop there again.

Please read my experience that I had with Amish Furniture Designed, which is still unresolved. You can save yourself the trouble. Bought a table from Amish Furniture in Dec/2024 After they delivered it I noticed a 4" crack in the table. I then called Steve to let him know about it. He said there was not a crack on the table when I bought it, and that he had to talk to his partner and delivery guys to see what happened. He did not call me back. I had to call him a few days later. He then proceeded to tell me that his partner knew about the crack so I asked him why his partner did not disclose that to us when we were all talking together and being his partner why didn't he know. That way I could have made an informed decision whether to buy the table or not with a crack in it whether it was on sale or not. Steve said that sometimes his furniture does get cracks in it depending on the moisture in the showroom and that we can easily fix this by putting glue and a clamp underneath it. I didn't buy a new table so I can repair it. He said he would not give my money back but will talk with his service guy and see what he can do. I made another Five calls suffice it to say I don't think they will be doing anything else for me . They are very friendly while trying to sell you something but not very friendly if there is a problem. Now I understand why they were desperate to sell the table. While my husband and I were standing there admiring the table Steve would come up to us with another deal. He said to me if you really like it "I'll sweeten the deal no charge for delivery and no tax if you pay cash".... I would definitely not do business with this company again. He told me that he would stop by the following week. 2 weeks go by and no Jason and that's why I called the shop. He has my cell number and could of sent me a text as to why he didn't show up. I have recommended your service to friends and neighbors but now I have retracted all the nice things that I had said about your company. After this incident and lack of workmanship I will warn people not to call you. Not sure why no one reached out to me because I was nothing but nice to Jason when he was here last year.
