My gut was telling me that we were on the back burner (pun intended), while the builders etc, were getting product in a more reasonable time frame. Moving on...after the grueling 18+mo wait our appliances finally arrive, yay. Much to our chagrin, the Wolf stove is damaged! Jane's (sales lady) solution was to send out a repairman! Now remember, I just spent $30+k on these appliances and they want to now sale me junk that's been damaged and act like everything is square. This after we insist that they send a new one out. In the meantime, we are still without a range and await Jane's ruling on the matter. I always tell my kids, learn from others mistakes. People, please learn from my mistake in dealing with these clowns. Buyers be extremely cautious. I don't even like giving 1 star on this review. There are other options out there, use them!

They sell everything for indoor and outdoor, furniture, decor, bedding and so much more. We found their carpet section, which offered a huge selection, many of which came in varying sizes. We had trouble finding a specific carpet we saw on the racks, so pushed a button on the end of the aisle to call an assosciate, and I've got to admit, I was surprised when she not only showed up, but in just a few minutes. At Home gets bonus point for that, unlike other stores, where you can push the button, and no one ever comes to help. In the end, we found the carpet, along with a few other small items. Pricing, is very reasonable, that being said, most of their products probably aren't meant to last a life time, but you get what you pay for, and if you take care of your stuff, it will hold up. I'll definitely be returning in the spring to pick up some outdoor patio seating!

When I hire someone, I want someone who can do a better job than me. When we first moved to Greensboro in 2013, we bought some ceiling fans at Lowe's and paid for the installation through the store. The price was fair and I was commuting back and forth from New York to Greensboro as I finished up my old job. Jason arrived as scheduled and proceeded to install the fans. We asked if they did TV mounting and some other items and off they went to do additional work. Back then they were fast, very fairly priced, and did high-quality work. Fast forward to 2021 and our new home. We hired someone else who did a bunch of work but they dissolved their company before they could do all of the work we needed. So we paid them and had about 7 things left to do. I called Heather, Jason's wife, and she arranged for them to stop by - if they could do all of the work that day, they would, if not, they would reschedule. They came, saw the chandelier we wanted hung in our very tall stairwell and decided for safety, it'd be best to scaffold it. Parts were ordered and I gave them a key. They arrived a few weeks later, went through my punch list, got 2 very large TVs mounted, the chandelier, made an outlet hot for an automatic faucet and they moved the garbage disposal switch to a much better location. They were just as good, if not better than the last time. Very satisfied and they stand by their work. Very highly recommended for home or commercial work.

My call was late afternoon; they had an opening the next day. Their electrician (who showed up exactly on time) quickly diagnosed the problem as being an outdoor outlet on that same circuit - but the builders had installed indoor-rated outlets outside! I authorized the electrician to replace all 3 outlets. He did - quickly and for a reasonable price. No problems since. I then called King again a couple months later to hang a heavy chandelier in our high foyer. Again: immediate opening, on time, quick work, good price, no issues.

Had a new unit installed 2021, took till 2025 to pass inspection, bought extended warranty,…read more service contracts as well,,, had 1 issue, cost me 669$ and almost a burnt down house, due to wiring a breaker box backwards, notified Oscar, the owner, he refused to honor the warranty or his workmanship, stuck me with the bill, and also refuse to service the unit any further after pre payment of 5 years service.....be cautious with Oscar and his workmanship, on anything, 1 year after this happened he comes back with a 172$ payment, however still hasn't fully paid the repair bill or honored the service contract...
