The 14-year old house I bought last fall had a functioning irrigation system in the front yard, but…read morethe backyard, although it had tubing, was not functional. My landscaper wanted to replace both front and back, plus new control box and valves, for $2200. I called Berkley Irrigation and another irrigation company and had to leave messages. Paul Berkley returned my call and came out to the house promptly, and told me the front yard was fine (except landscaper had put on wrong emitters), the control box was fine, and all I needed was to replace the tubing in the backyard. His quote was $600 so I hired him. He and his helper showed up on time, finished yesterday, then cleaned everything up so you didn't know he was there - they did an excellent job.
