Every time we have ordered online and if we have had an issue we have been able to get it fixed through the managerial expertise of Steve or the associate expertise of EJ,Aubrey and Sydney. They are always so kind and helpful! On top of that the store is ALWAYS clean and if I can not find what I am looking for you sure as heck can bet those four will put in the extra effort to do their best to help you find it. My husband last Christmas wanted a Switch and Steven and EJ went above AND beyond to make sure we got that situated in time for the holidays and even most recently let my husband know High on Life 2 comes out on April 20th, he loved the first one, so of course we will be back in the store picking up gaming goodies! I was ready to purchase two lamps, a rug, a full bedding set, a clock and a step stool. There were no prices on anything I looked at, which was on every square inch of the store. The manager saw me from his office but wouldn't get up to sell me anything. A sales guy came out from the back in a ratty t-shirt but went straight to his computer without ever looking up at me. Granted, I was in a bright red shirt, hard to miss. So, I walked out. I'll never go back.

We then had our washer and dryer go out, so we got them new at Aaron's. They came and set them up and were really nice and careful in the house. I think people need to be aware this is a leasing program, which generally costs more. If you understand that and having the merchandise outweighs the cost, this is a great option. Another benefit is that you can talk to them about any issues you have, and they will work with you. If you choose to not talk to them, of course they are going to try to get the merchandise back... just talk to them about it and it will all work out. Easy returns too.

So there was a promotion in may for trade any qualifying phone in and receive 1000.00 towards a new…read moresamsung s22 of your choice. ok so I had a note 9 that qualified for the promotion. so i traded my note 9 in on an s22 ultra. i should have only had to pay 200.00 for it after the 1000.00. the cost of the phone was 1199.00. my husband had no trade in. so he got the s21 that was supposed to be free with a new line. ok so we did both. and let me tell you how much info and stuff i lost because Trevor, the manager, wouldn't let the transfer finish because he was in a bigg ass hurry. so my bill shows a buy 1 get 1 free. wait a minute, I never did a b1g1. if i was gonna do a b1g1 i sure wouldn't pick the cheapest and already free phone for my free phone. i would have gotten 2 s22's. So now, not only am I paying full price on the s22 ultra, I'm somehow getting the same free s21 free again, and they say I traded in my note 9 on the free s21 phone. so I should have 2 free phones, but I don't. now if that ain't a rip off and scam I don't know what is. but I signed the right contract. and how convenient that nobody can find these signed documents that I signed at the Vernal, ut office with Trevor and Kelly. and they said oh if you have problems come talk to us. it's the end of August and I have been complaining about this since I got my first bill and noticed the promotion was completely wrong. I called them, they never answer their phone, and went in to talk to them in Vernal numerous times. the issue never gets fixed. so I'm thinking that the Vernal office is the scammers. oh and then let me tell y'all how rude they were to my son when I took him in to sign up for service. they made fun of his names, and said what kind of parent gives their kid 4 names. well this parent does. very uncalled for to do to a future customer. I should have walked out instead of letting my son sign up for their service.
