She gave me Urgent appliance repair number. I called them in the morning they came out in the afternoon and had it fixed and running within 24 hours. Troy is knowledgeable and explained what the problem was. Troy makes your appliance his priority. Troy gave us a senior discount. That was a wonderful surprise. Great value for the money. He came out and checked everything and figured out that my vent was clogged from the dryer to my outside. So he spent two hours cleaning it out. And we could not believe the amount of lint that came out of that tube! It's no wonder my dryer overheated the first time. Troy went above and beyond to make sure air was getting through. Cleaning from both inside the house and outside the house. He even pulled out a couple of birds and a birds nest that had gotten in there. I'm assuming that's where our problem started. The culprits of the initial clog! But after a couple different problems and problem solving, Troy got it done!! He needs a raise after this one! And a good shower!
