We talked and I sent him our receipts and photo of the Canadel sticker under the table. He sent Jee to our home and by yesterday it was fixed! Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. There is a nice assortment of ice cube trays from cold fish to frozen smiles. There are cool jazz swizzle sticks and there doesn't seem to be a lack of items made by Umbra. The most amusing area of the store however is the books that are for sale. With titles like "I Don't Give a Frock", "How can you tell your boyfriend isn't the anti-Christ"," How to be an everyday philanthropist", and "When housewives go bad". This again is an ideal gift store for that person that has everything, or if you don't really know the person you are shopping for, in all likelihood you won't go wrong by purchasing something here at Twisted Goods.

Imagine my excitement as I stumbled upon this store during my visit at Southcentre mall. First things first - I cannot believe how HUGE this store is considering it is INSIDE of a mall. It's GIGANTIC and it's got all the goods and all the glory of a free-standing Crate & Barrel store. Although the goods here are quite pricey, they are all creme de la creme and it's the kind of place you'd shop at after you've purchased your dream home. The best way I can describe Crate and Barrel is 'Williams-Sonoma' meets 'Pier 1 Imports'. They've got the greatest kitchen ware, but they've also got entertaining accessories, furniture, bedding and glassware. Crate & Barrel is a mammoth of a store and it somehow beckons my name every single time I am in its vicinity. It's pretty much a guarantee that when I buy that mansion I dream of, I'll be furnishing it with everything Crate & Barrel.

I ordered a brand new couch that was discontinued but I was told they could still order it new, my…read moremother ordered the exact same one and it took 8 weeks to be delivered. Mine was apparently ready immediately which was weird. When it arrived there were very obviously used felt pads with someone else's dirt on them and I was told by the delivery guys that this piece wasn't factory sealed it was shrink wrapped and sold to me as a new couch when it was used. Additionally it was all wonky and the arm rest made a clicking sound and the cushions didn't line up. I raised these concerns immediately with the delivery guys and was told to keep it as a loaner and talk to the store to find a solution. There are a lot of features I like about the couch that I couldn't find in another one so after numerous discussions with the owner Andy I agreed for them to repair it and if I was happy with it then they would give me a 10% discount as it is still obviously a used and damaged piece. Also in conversation here I learned that their supposed worry free warranty that I purchased doesn't cover any structural components it's just for stains. Again misleading and not what I was sold on. I have since decided that I don't want their warranty as it wasn't what I was told it was and this entire process of them fixing it has been less than desirable as I had to follow up multiple times to get anything done. It has now been 4 weeks since the final repair. I have spoke to at least 5 different people at this store about the refund on multiple occasions and had to explain this story 15 times yet I STILL have not received the refund I was promised. How many people do I have to speak to for this to be resolved when they have all called and told me that they will get it dealt with and follow up. Not one of them has followed up. I am a business owner myself and it is VERY simple to process a refund. There are no excuses at this point and I suppose I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company since they are clearly incapable of resolving an issue as they promised.

We went way down south as no other stores could compare price wise so I used the chat to inquire about a specific piece at 6:30 AM and was shocked to get a phone call from SHIBU to help answer my questions. We made plans to connect with him in store on the weekend. He was went above and beyond for us measuring, explain the fabric, reviewing the warranty and anything else we asked. We bought a beautiful couch, it was delivered with white glove service by 2 very professional men who took care and attention to delivery and installation. Then after a day we both realized we had made a mistake and it was too big for our space, so I called SHIBU, he told us to come in and we spent over an hour with him and other FE staff to find the perfect sized couch to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend him and FE, excellent prices and CS!
