Came to this location on the hunt for new outdoor decor. I will say this place is jam packed wall to wall. So don't be in a hurry to find something. The aisles can get a bit precarious when trying to maneuver down them if they're busy. Location is clean. They have a lot to look at. read more

We had a great experience at this store today. My 96-year-old mother was with me, with her walker, looking for a wicker basket with a lid that she could use to store her recycles and put on her walker to take them to the collection area. I pulled Jacki away from the job she was doing, and could not believe the amount of time and care she gave to finding just the right basket for my mother. She pulled down, put up, lugged around, looked for more - just great service, with a great attitude. Give her a raise. read more

I would first like to say that in my 67 years I have never been in a Home Goods store. This review is long overdue! I was in Texas visiting for the 1st time,while helping my son with his relocation move, I had the opportunity to visit this store several times. What a fabulous experience! We found all that we needed. The value and quality of the items we purchased were top notch. All of the customer service and staff were amazing! Especially Lucia who made my 1st experience so wonderful!! Lucia was accommodating, helpful , professional, and knowledgeable. I just had a really negative encounter at Home Goods 30-40 minutes ago. I won't be going back. I had come in especially to buy pots, as I remembered they were 25% off. I saw that they were removing the signs, so I asked if the sale was ending when I was strolling the aisles. A guy, I assume a member of management, told me he'd honor the 25% off. When I came up to the register I was asked for my phone number. Nothing unusual, but I don't give mine out, and I refuse to bother with a fake one. I explained to the young lady at the register that I knew I this was a quirk. She huffed, and then I asked her about honoring the discount. She said she could do that if I gave my phone number for the rewards program, and I said, no problem, I'd skip it (not an exact quote, I just want to provide the scenario). She asked if I still wanted to buy the pots, and I said yes. She started packing things away, so I asked her what she was doing. She explained that I had said I was not going to buy the pots. "No, I said I _am_ going to buy them," I said. She huffed again, like I was on her last nerve. She finished ringing me up, told me the cost, and I asked her why she had to get the phone number, and she explained that she has to get them to keep her job. W the actual F? Home Goods Management, this is not okay. She has no control over what I choose to do. I understand this young lady was having a bad day, and obviously something happened to her before I got there, but I worked retail in my 20s, too, and I would never have treated someone like this. Finally, I told her I would not be buying the pots, after all. She said "Fine, have a nice day," in the most snide and condescending tone I've heard in some time. I asked her why she was acting like this, and she said "I just said have a nice day, now can you please leave me alone?" I walked out of Home Goods, and I'm not planning on going back. People there have been polite enough before (thus, two stars and not one) and I recognize that it's hard to hire and retain personnel at this time, but this is not okay. I'm not sure what all was going on with the young lady I spoke to, but she needs to work on her people skills. If you look at my reviews you'll see they're historically pretty positive. I'm not some Karen being nasty as an outlet. This truly frustrated me. So if you're wondering why people are ordering online instead of going to stores, @HomeGoods, here's your answer. read more

I don't know anybody who doesn't love Home Goods. Any store filled with a ton of home decor in every size, color, shape, and style is always fun to browse. If it's super affordable on top of that, what could be better? Right now when you walk in you'll immediately see a ton of fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and general autumnal bliss everywhere. That's why right now is the best time to go! The holiday season is upon us. Like TJ Maxx, home goods has a ton of different brands from ones I have never heard of to fancy designer stuff, all marked down. A lot of the store seems to be a little unorganized, but I imagine it's hard when you have such an enormous variety of product. You can spend a long time in here, and there are plenty of clearance items to explore as well. I purchased two soft cozy fall blankets, each for $20, some Halloween stuff OF COURSE, a couple candles, soap, and even a few gifts for my brother's birthday coming up. My mom found Cuisine Art brand pots and pans for like $15, and more Halloween decor. We love to be festive. read more

HomeGoods is something I discovered recently and has become my favorite store EVER! It's like Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, and World Market had a baby and they have some of the prettiest things for truly great prices. They have china/silver dishes, kitchen equipment and accessories, pet toys, treats, and beds, wall art, throw pillows, vases, lamps, candles, linens, towels, cooking utensils, toiletries, coffee, tea, spices, snacks, sweets, holiday decor, an array of lovely mirrors and fun dining chairs, I mean, you name it! Part of the fun is never knowing what you will find on any given trip because their merchandise constantly changes. It's a great place to get gifts for someone as well (or yourself). I did a good deal of holiday shopping here and saved quite a bit of money. We still need a lot of items for the new house so I will be returning often. It's nice too because though the prices are inexpensive, the quality isn't so you can make your home look like it cost a fortune to decorate. For the Susie homemaker or domestic diva at heart, this place is for you! Right now for the fall season they've got a ton of wreaths, pumpkin candles and even Halloween themed trinkets. This is my favorite time of year hands down so you know I was in heaven. Also if you love to cook with gourmet spices they have just about every different food and snack item known to man. Lots of selections of truffle oils and even Himalayan salt! Their pillows are nice too but I wish they had more of a selection. I am always looking for some fun pillows for my couch and often will find them at places like this or at a TJ Maxx on the cheap. I think they could mix up their variety a little bit more but so far I enjoy browsing! Kirklands is a few doors down too if you want to just go all out and get all of your home décor shopping done. Great store to find stuff for your garage! Just kidding ;). As we have bought our first home and are newly wed, this is a great place to come to stock up on all sorts of goods for the home. The store is clean and well organized. The benefit of shopping here is that you can get high quality stuff for really good prices. It's more expensive than some place like Ross, but it's generally higher quality. It's similar priced as the "At Home" stores, but way better quality! read more

Did you know Home Goods is owned by Marshall's? It's Marshall's, minus the clothing, You still get little boutique-y food, soap, and more uhhh home goods. There's definitely more furniture, stylish lamps, trays, etc. I really like that they've been into the natural wood and glass. You can furnish every room of the house. The selections are so varied that you can deck out your industrial modern loft or your cat lady shanty. So like Marshal's, you can get Hilfiger sheets for a King-sized bed for $99. And, like Marshall's, it might be out of stock indefinitely next week. read more

Everything about this store was delightful except the manager, her name is Cammy and she is not a nice person. I spent nearly $1000 in this store, one item was a large rug. When we had the associate take it down, we explained we needed it to fit in our SUV. She absent mindedly rolled the rug lengthwise. We asked if there was somewhere we could re-roll it or fold it. At this point the lovely Cammy stepped into the scenario. Cammy informed us that we couldn't do that because we should have told her before we took it down. We let Cammy know that we did tell her and that we were happy to redo it ourselves. Cammy proceeded to tell me there was a line and employees doing things twice wasn't acceptable. As literally every register already had an associate working this seemed an odd thing to say. Also, it is 3 weeks before Christmas, did Cammy the manager not think that this might be a busy time of year in retail? This woman does not deserve a job at this fine store. She rolled her eyes and sighed at me twice. Even the associate at the register, who heard the entire exchange, apologized to me and admitted that she was rude. As a manager I understand you are stressed, but taking it out on customers is not acceptable. Also, she was not dressed appropriately. Looked more like she was going to a fair than any kind of professional apparel. I expect more from Home Goods. This business should be ashamed, not only for leaving these people on the payroll, but for ever promoting them in the first place. read more

I like HomeGoods. I really want to love HomeGoods. This place is throw pillow heaven. They have little knick knacks that will make any Pinterest fanatic lose their mind & most likely their money. This is the place to go when Target just doesn't cut it (and let's be honest, Target his a hit-or-miss type of place). The only thing getting in the way of me absolutely loving this place is their pricing. They are OK. My big problem is that they claim to be a "discount" store like their sister store TJ Maxx. I really don't feel like they have fantastic prices. $199 for a stand up nutcracker man? $349 for a mirror? Maybe I'm just poor or too stubborn to fork over $50 for a single stainless steel pot. Or maybe they need to reevaluate what they claim to be a discount. Like I said, I really like HomeGoods. I'm just bitter because I am constantly having an internal battle between my desire to buy the entire store and the fact that I like having money. read more

Smallest home goods I have been too but very clean. Staff had a couple isles pulled all out over the floor and so I couldn't get to some of the isles and no one even offered to move. But I did enjoy the store. read more
