This Sam's Club was destroyed by a tornado a few years back. For the longest time, Sam's said they had no plans on rebuilding or re-opening it. But by public demand as it would have it, the store has opened back up. I am pretty glad they did open it back up because this particular store is very convenient for me. One thing I should open up about in the very beginning of this review is the fact that in order to shop here you have to have the Sam's Club app. All of your purchase transactions are done through the app. There are plenty of associates here to help you get situated on that if you need assistance when you get there, but do not come here thinking you are going to buck the system and get a cashier because you won't. What I am here to say is that the system works. You can hit the store up on a very busy day and not have to worry about lines. It is an easy in and out to get your purchases pay for them and get back to your car, which is a major accomplishment for any of these big box stores. read more

The Grapevine Sam's Club is far and away the best warehouse club location I've ever been to. Being reopened recently after tornado damage, the store is modern, well-lit and convenient. The Scan & Go only arrangement is lifechanging in a good way. Gone are the days of having to preplan 2 hours to visit a warehouse club. I can pop into this Sam's for a couple items on lunch break and be on my way with time to spare. No more waiting in horrendous lines (looking at you Southlake Costco) for longer than you spent shopping. This store also eliminates the crowded feel that plagues warehouse shopping. The aisles are wide, each run is very well signed, and the palletized areas are spread out and not stacked too high. Honestly, this store takes what I love about warehouse shopping, removes all the stuff I don't and leaves me with a place I genuinely enjoy buying in bulk. read more

My family have been members for over 20 years. I have visited this location many time. This store has been remodel recently (it was destroyed by a tornado a few years ago) so that the layout is different as other stores. This location is mobile check out ONLY!! You will need to have the app downloaded and have your card info on file to be able to purchase things here, same with the food court. There are no cashiers at this location and will need to order thru the app. The food is consistent with taste and quality, my favorite food item is the meat pizza. I also prefer the sams club hot dog versus the costco hot dog. Every employer I encounter has been nice and helpful. There is a car wash at this location, its free if you are a premium membership but if you have the regular membership its only like $8. It does take you over 45 minutes to get your car wash and honestly is not worth it. I went once and then when I got out there were parts in my car that was still dirty. read more

Sam's pharmacy review: after horrible service at Walgreens I had my prescriptions transferred to this Sam's location. Walgreens struggled to get a ready for a freaking week and still didn't have it ready. I dropped the transfer info off at Sam's at 10am and received a ready for pickup at 1pm. How is a wholesale warehouse able to get a prescription ready faster than a Walgreens PHARMACY? Let me tell you how...a pharmacist and technician who care about their patients and understand the importance of certain maintenance prescriptions that are required for survival. read more

I know convenience is key to most people's day however I didn't know what I was walking into when I came here. Unlike other Sam's store, this one doesn't have the typical cash registers or self check out. It's set up for scan and go, which is great when you know what you are doing. However trying to walk my 80 something mother through the process with her phone, I'd rather pull teeth from a gator. I came in for one item and at the jewelry stand there's a cash register tucked there but you now need to get an employee who isn't busy to check you out. I swear I was asking myself how did I get here under my breath about 20 times while smiling as everything is great. On the upside, the gas is some of the cheapest in the metroplex. read more

Recent reopened Sams in Grapevine, after a 2022 tornado virtually destroyed the store. Gas station also open, which includes a free car wash! Zac and his team are doing an exceptional job of taking care of customers at this beautiful newly remodeled / reopened location! This newly rebuilt Sams is bright and beautiful! Fully stocked with everything you would hope for in the Sams! It is exclusively: a scanning & go store. For those who haven't already been using the scan and go app, you scan your items as you shop... Then basically walk out the front door! For those not familiar, they will help you with loading the app explaining it to you, as well as giving you a free fountain drink for your troubles! If you don't have a membership, you can sign up at the front door, at a discount! It is definitely a big weekend store, so if you wish to avoid the larger crowds, you should definitely consider coming on a weekday! I love the pick up! If you want to save time I can't tell you enough how easy pick up is. A few things you need to know - any order over $50 free to pick up - any order for plus members free to pick up - any order under $50 for non-plus members only a four dollar pick up fee. I have to say that's not a lot of money for what you're getting somewhat picking out your items bringing them to your car and they're always prompt and friendly. This Sam's Club is 100% digital. The Grapevine Sams Club used to be great. Since they reopened they do not always carry things in their ad. They advertise Charmin for $5.00 off and never carry it there have been NUMEROUS other items in the ad that they don't carry in their Southlake store. I'm sick of going to Keller to get what I need. The manager just told my husband to go to Irving to save $5.00 on Charmin that is in their ad. Great solution. Our gas to get there and back would cost more than that. These people are clueless about customer service. They do not give rain checks or allow substitutions. read more

A stress-free shopping experience. I'm so happy that this location has re-opened. I absolutely love how this location is completely digital - no registers and no unnecessary chaos in the club. The team members are available at the entrance to make sure that you have the app and understand how to use it. We came here to rotate and balance my tires. It seems that we were the first appointment of the day, but that's okay with me! I've always liked the tire and battery center. The warranty for the tires and battery are hard to pass up! After purchasing the tires from the club, bring it back if you have any issues for free! The battery has a warranty of 3 years and they'll be able to replace within the timeframe for free! It's amazing! There's many food, beverages, snacks, and clothes options. It's a great place to walk around as well. read more

Sam's Club in Grapevine reopened as the first all-digital store in the country, featuring no cashiers and utilizing the Scan and Go app and AI technology. Having benefitted from the Scan and Go app at the Sam's Club in Las Colinas/North Irving, I can tell you it's a remarkably efficient breakthrough. Rather than waiting to scan your items after you completed your shopping, it's best to scan as you put each item in your cart. Otherwise, you'll join a group of "late scanners" combing through their items before passing through the electronic exit gate. If the Scan and Go app convenience isn't enough, the team members on the Saturday afternoon we visited were friendly, courteous, and helpful. And many of the customers were smiling, excited to experience this playground for shoppers. All in all, a rare experience. read more

Disappointed with Recent Pickup Experience I've always been a big advocate for Sam's Club. I tell everyone how much I love shopping there, especially because of the convenience of Scan & Go and how seamless everything typically is. Up until now, I've never had a single issue with pickup orders. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I went to pick up my order yesterday, and 3/4 of it was missing. As someone with a busy schedule, pickup is a lifesaver..it's meant to save time, not cost me more of it by requiring a return trip to correct such a major mistake. I could understand one or two missing items, but this was the majority of my order. Going forward, I'll be getting out of my vehicle and double-checking everything myself, which kind of defeats the purpose of curbside convenience. I truly hope this was a one-time issue, but I wanted to share my experience in hopes that it helps improve the process for others. read more

If you shop here be sure you have all the time in the world. There is no self checkout or people checking you out, so you have to download the app and do it yourself with no notification before when you go into the store, so all your food melts or goes bad while hopefully you remember all your log in information and go through no hurdles. Be sure you have space in your phone as well! Also, when I went to get gas the keyboard didn't work for me to even get gas. I will be going from other Sam's from now on. read more

Noone checked me in as a guest. When I shopped at Costco as a guest for the first time I was taken care of . I came in Sams Club for 2 things, and was willing to sign up for a membership and the manager said no they don't allow shopping as a guest. He was an older man with glasses and so very rude. No acknowlegement whatsoever. Is this supposed to be Southlake? I thought service for this area was better but I was proven wrong today. Will not be back. Ever. read more

Whoever is working the car wash on December 5th at 10:04 in the morning is an unnecessary a**hole. I had just filled up my tank and was hopping in line at the car wash. A lady had gone behind the car that was in front of me, but when they inched forward she had nicely waved for me to go. Insisting that I was in front of her (I was for about 5 minutes before she even arrived). Then the Sams employee comes and knocks on my window and tells me that the line starts behind her and I tried explaining the situation and that the lady even knew I was there before her. He interrupted me while I was talking and said "the line starts where she is." Didn't try to reason with me, wasn't respectful by any means. The lady even stated that I was in front of her but he didn't give a sh**. Buddy is grumpy for no reason and taking advantage of the little power he has at a free car wash. Placed a curbside order for a king mattress. I ordered a king for $800+ dollars but once home and the mattress was opened/expanded from the box/plastic, I realized they mistakenly gave me a queen size. Sam's Club Grapevine stated I had to bring the mattress back to which I do not have a vehicle that can accommodate a queen size mattress once expanded. I reached out to customer service who stated they would send a truck to pick the mattress up at a specific date and time but they no showed no called. I reached out once again to which they stated I would need to spend my money and who knows how long to rent a truck to get it back. I then disputed the charge with the credit card company to which they denied the dispute as it is a Sam's Club credit card so they are going to side with Sam's club. They stated there is no need for a refund as if receiving an $800+ dollar mattress that is a useless size does not qualify for a refund. As a last ditch effort, I went into the club to speak with a manager but she again stated the mattress would have to be returned. She told me to just fold it in half and get it into my car. I dont know the last time someone was able to just fold a queen mattress in half but I told her that was not going to work. She then looked at me while ironically standing under the massive screen that reads "100% Satisfaction Guarentee" and asked if I was good. Come on Sam's Club. Do better. read more
