I found this Home Goods a bit on the smaller size compared to the one in Seekonk, MA. They did have a nice selection of gourmet food items and storage containers, which my husband was looking to buy. The aisles are a bit tighter as well, so it makes shopping here a bit more crowded than other larger Home Goods stores. read more

What a great store. Been there before, but this time, we were thrilled with the selection and variety of so many beautiful pieces of home decor. We have been to other stores by the same name, but were not successful in finding a large decorative sculpted wooden plaque to display over our large picture window in our home. The theme had to be related to flowers, and after shopping at eight stores, two of which were Home Goods in other cities in Rhode Island, the Lincoln store came through for us. Love this little Home Goods tucked in the Lincoln Mall plaza. Always a nice assortment of finds at a reasonable price from candles, picture frames, children's room decor to big purchases such as rugs and tables. This location is always well maintained and the staff are always on the floor putting items in order, it's rare that I've seen items not in the section they belong. They also have a clearance section with miscellaneous items worth looking through. I love the spiritual and cultured items they have such as African inspired decor, evil eye wall decor, yogi/inner reflection books to practice mindfulness, Mandala side tables to name a few pieces. Good sized aisles of kitchen wares and even coffee syrups too! read more

Home Goods stores stress me out. It's not my scene. Too much disorganization and too limited supply. That said, this store is clean and the location is great. Plenty of parking and it's easy to knock off another errand while you are here. read more

Always a great spot. Every one of their stores makes me happy. The cool thing about here is that there is new stuff arriving every single day. You can go in weekly and fine something totally different. Prices are great too. You can find brand name kitchen bath etc items at a great price. They have everything. Decorations for the Holidays , bathroom tissue holders , candy, coffee. They have some unusual food items too. My best purchase was a bedspread I Saw at a large chain retailer for 300$. I found the same exact one there for 69.99 score !!!! It's a bargain hunter and decorators dream. Check it out for sure ! read more

So, it's a Home Goods -- very similar to others I've been to, if not a tad cleaner and with better lighting. I don't know what exactly I was expecting, as I've head marvelous things about this particular location and actually sought it out. It's about 20 minutes from PVD, the same as Warwick or Seekonk when you include traffic, and while the stock is pretty standard it's much less crowded and, as I've mentioned, a bit spiffier. While I didn't walk out with anything, I did see a lovely display of table lamps and was excited about the Le Creuset collection. They've also got a nice little pet section, so if you're looking for a fuzzy igloo or cute food bowls for your fuzzy friends, this is a good place to look. As with any Lincoln Mall destination, parking is breezy and the crowds are non-existent. Certainly a nice change from Warwick and the Konk! read more

HowEVS, the service is atrocious. The salespeople, whenever I've come, have absolutely no regard for the customers of the customers' time. The staff is inefficient and lackadaisical. read more

Day before Christmas Eve and I fell in love with a piece of furniture for my Office and it was super busy yet the staff was readily available and helped me bring my purchase to my car. Extremely helpful. Just what I want during my holiday shopping. Clean and organized set up also. And lots of registers were open so there was no wait. read more

On January 1, 2020, I went to the Home Goods in Lincoln, RI. I asked the store manager Janice to check on a price of a pillow for me, because there was not a price tag on the pillow. She did. When I asked if the price could be reduced because it was the last one, she mentioned that it had a counter partner, which I thought was the same pattern in a different size or shape. I asked her to show it to me, which she did. Then she stated "I did not pick that price out of the air." I responded that I did not think she did and that was very rude to say. She responded "your rude." I have shopped at this store since they have opened and I have always been treated nicely and professionally. It seems that Janice does not care how she treats customers PLEASE SEE REVIEW FROM JUSTIN DATED 1/27/2019. I have know doubt that Justin was treated this way. How we were both treated make customers shop on line, which eventually causes retail to shut down. I have recently contacted the regional manager and made my complaint. I was shopping at the Home Goods in Lincoln, RI on Saturday, January 26, 2019, with my mother. There was an accent cabinet on the floor that had a $199 price sticker on the back and $69 clearance tag affixed via sticker to the top of the cabinet. There was no red clearance sticker located on the $199 sticker, so I brought it to the register to have the price checked (I couldn't find an associate on the floor to ask). The associate, Chrissy, scanned the tag and it rang up at $199. She questioned the actual price as well and inquired with Janice, the store manager. Immediately, Janice exclaims that "the price tag is compromised" and commands Chrissy to verify the price on the pricing gun. Chrissy, scanned the tag and the results appeared to confuse her and Janice. So, Janice, in an indignant manner, said: "Let me come around and see!" She views the item from the side of the counter I am on. In the rudest, accusatory tone, she said "OH YEAH! This is brand new! This isn't on sale, it's $200. Look! You could have put this clearance tag on here," as she rips the clearance tag from the top of the item. She then proceeds to stick the tag all over items located near the register while saying "you could have stuck this tag here! Or, you could have stuck here! Or, here! Look! You could have just put it on there. So, DO YOU WANT IT?!" I said No and she dragged the item away without another word. I looked at my mother and we were speechless. We felt so insulted and humiliated; not to mention, she did this in front of about 15 other people in line. We look at Chrissy, who was handling the transaction, and said: "We did not put that tag on there." She said "OH NO! Nobody thought that!!" And, I said that is not the impression her manager gave and that she was incredibly rude to us. We then paid and left the store. I was so angry and mortified that my hands were shaking and I was ready to leave the store without making a purchase. Is this how store managers treat customers; you get accused of stealing and scamming if you ask about the price of an item? I am still in shock at the way we were treated. I shop at TJX stores all the time and never had an experience like this. Additionally, I hope it is deduced from this message that Janice is a liability for Home Goods. If it is a practice of her's to accuse customers of stealing and scamming, I can only imagine the other ways in which she is stereotyping and discriminating against her customers and staff. Please contact me for additional details, if need be. I want it to be known to Home Goods corporate and TJX about this experience, because customers should not be accused of stealing or scamming stores. read more

Best store for sturdy, attractive, machine washable, inexpensive dog beds. More stylish choices than the big pet chains, and much cheaper. I've also purchased lots of other dog accessories here. Check out this store before the pet store. If there is a defect on anything, take it to the counter and ask for a discount. Typically they will give you an extra 10% off. BUT, it's typically final sale if you do that, so make sure you love it! read more

I love bargain shopping, whenever I can get stuff for my house at a discount I love it! This homegoods has some nice stuff, I recently bought a set of Calphalon pans (which I was surprised to find!) Who knew you didn't have to go to Macy's and spend double the money for the same items? It's worth spending an hour shopping (and I hate shopping!) in this store, you find some neat stuff. Pretty good selection, typical Homegoods, but I'm writing this review to address a particular issue I've seen happen three times. I'm a big fan of the store, and having recently bought a new house, I'm in there a lot. Three times in the past two months, there have been major bottlenecks on the check out line, when someone has a complicated return or purchase. Each time, the manager, a large Blonde woman, checks in with what is going on, then LEAVES TO ARRANGE MERCHANDISE rather than help the long line of customers that has formed. Once, she actually came into the LINE to arrange the stuff that is set out along the line. With irritated customers all around, she was singing and humming as she blithely ignored them and refused to help the one poor checker who was apologizing to everyone about the wait. I don't know - maybe Homegoods doesn't allow its managers to use the cash registers? If that is the case, it's excusable. Otherwise, this lady needs a wake up call. read more
