However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. Plenty of parking in the shared lots.

They have spots for maybe six registers too! That's awful! I don't buy much here but I'll notice the people in line have full carts which add to the long checkout times! The cashier has apologized for the long wait and is doing the best he can. But no other workers come up to help them, and they're so busy they can't call for help. While the lines get longer and longer. It's disappointing they have to deal with this. This store looks like it does good business so they should be staffing at least 3 cashiers on register. I'm not coming back to this location for a while. I do find some cool stuff, but it's not worth waiting in the long lines for one thing. The guy who cashed me out last night looked insanely annoyed and frustrated. I don't blame him! I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up rage quitting mid shift one day, because he can't get assistance on the registers. It happens. Do better, Burlington!

Their prices have steadily gone up in the past 5-7 years, but if you catch a good sale or a nice clearance item, you got it made. Their fabrics for jackets are soft and durable. I have a nice white denim jacket that I love wearing because it fits so well, and I have gotten a few compliments on it. The staff is very nice and they go out of their way to answer questions.

I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and they never seem to disappoint. They are always on trend and have looks for nights out or just casual everyday wear. I also love their price point. I'm an outfit snob whereas I don't repeat a look for a special event or occasion. The reason for the rating is because like others say some workers are really nice and greet you , while others just carry on with their convo with other workers. They have a few accessories like scarves and necklaces, and everything is of a quality you'd expect from a nicer chain store. The thing that impressed me the most was when a linen button down my mother absolutely loved wasn't in stock in her size, one of the women hopped on the computer and called several stores to locate it for her and have it directly shipped to her. I've seen this done at higher end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks, but never at a chain like this.
