However, I've run into a significant issue: my electrical recliner is not functioning at all. This malfunction is particularly frustrating because I was really looking forward to enjoying my new furniture, especially the recliner, which was a major selling point for me. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I will have to wait a full two weeks before a technician can come to examine the chair and determine what's wrong with it. I sincerely hope that the issue can be resolved quickly and that I will soon be able to enjoy the comfort of my recliner as intended. The employee that helped was very patient and helpful. Then onto my next favorite section. Looking for a specific style I went through the mass selection available, happy they had so much to offer. I didn't find exactly what I wanted, but it meant so much they tried to cater to different personalities/people. While their prices can be on the high end with some products, they also have great bargains on other items. During my hunt for a book there was a lovely lady with a tray filled with mini Starbucks samples. What a wonderful way to end my day!
