When mom and dad needed to move into a facility I called the company to give notice that we were in the process and that there was no exact date as of now but I would let them know as soon as I was notified of a date. The next day they canceled the contract for mom and dad leaving them with absolutely NO CARE for a WEEK!!!! I asked to speak with the RN Megan, and I'm still waiting on that call. Do your family a favor if you love them DO NOT hire this garbage company!!! I will say one thing Shy the caregiver that cared for mom was excellent the other caregivers called out frequently and gave minimal care.

I was really looking forward to added support as I knew our journey ahead was going to be challenging. Unfortunately, not even Lumina knows what is meant by palliative care. Each time we had a need, I would contact them and they'd say, "oh we don't do that. But call us we are here to help 24/7." Problem was they could not define what it was they were there to help with. They also kept referring to my mom as being in "hospice" and we are not there yet, that's why we signed up for "Palliative" care. Honestly during the month we worked with them trying to figure out what they could do for us- the only thing I figured out was that they were supposed to keep us from using the ER for services. So at this point "palliative " care must mean, "make sure we keep that person out of the hospital/ER" aka cut costs so they get paid. Very disappointed!

Today the trip was a whole new level of ridiculousness. Upon entry I was immediately shot dirty looks from both counter people. When one was asked to check me in the looks got worse and I got to wait for her to finish her conversation with two others only to be told I was now too late to be checked in. My appointment was for 0900 I arrived at 0856. First time I've ever been sent away for being early. I do not recommend this facility or any samaritan facility for medical needs.

Disregard the 1 Star...this business gets ZERO STARS. Hands…read morethe WORST drug testing facility I have ever witnessed. Took my wife there for a pre employment drug screen. Arrived at 11am there were 6 people in the lobby. 1 desk receptionist and 2 other workers calling people back. Only 1 of the backroom employees was calling people back, the other was walking around then went to lunch. In fact the entire 1 hour and 55 minutes we were there, yep you read that right 2 FUCKIN HOURS. I witnessed 3 employees leave for lunch. After we arrived around 4-5 other people joined the lobby. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes before they called my wife. 10 minutes to test, then it mercilessly ended 1 hour and 55 minutes later. We've both taken drug tests multiple times over the years the longest I can remember spending doing it? 30-40 minutes, generally drug testing has taken around 15-20 minutes for me. One gentleman who came in after us left after around 45 minutes cause he had to get back to work. The excuse they gave was we arrived around lunchtime and people were going to lunch. Get the fuck outta here, that may be true but if you are a business like this you can stagger the lunches or take them later. You had a full lobby of people sitting in there for 1.5-2 hours per person. I've spent less time in a California DMV. We live in Salem and the employer chose Albany over Corvallis because it was closer. Would have rather driven to Corvallis. If you have a choice of places to go to take your UA? Avoid this place like the Bubonic Plague. You've been warned.
