Front desk is the worst! I have always had appointments set on the same days of each week and the same times. Even though those are available, due to being inexperienced my original appointment schedule randomly picked days each week with random times. I had most of them moved to a schedule. I had multiple appointments cancelled by them and re scheduled. I missed one appointment, office said two, she immediately got defensive, argumentative followed with raising her voice. Being an adult and having a child yell at me when trying to figure out the billing problem was unacceptable. I cancelled my future appointments even though insurance was covering my appointment's. Worst chiropractic care I've ever received! I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Lamer conducted a "cold" adjustment on me knowing I have chronic pain conditions and in spite of my reminder to avoid certain areas. He jammed my hip so badly I am now in weekly physical therapy. To add insult to injury they charged me a $50 "exam" fee ON TOP of the adjustment fee without disclosing it ahead of time. When I asked what was considered the "exam" the secretary said, "he must have performed a range of motion test on you"?! Now they are refusing to credit my account - 0 accountability, 0 responsibility, 0 care or concern for their clients! Will NEVER go back! *Update: Dr. Ross called me personally, apologized for the hassle and credited my account. He is a professional and a gentleman. I only gave 3 stars because I'm still in pain and PT for the hip his former co-worker jammed. read more
