We Care could provide what I needed. They helped me complete the necessary forms, line by line. I was extremley anxious about being home. Diane and Sonia were able to support and encourage me through my anxious moments. They provided both physical and emotional support as I adjusted to being home. In addition, all my laundry was done, my bed changed, dishes washed, and my meals were prepared. They both went "above and beyond". I valued their companionship as I adjusted to being on my own. They became like surrogate family members, and I appreciate their caring and kindness above all.

So when i asked her what was going on she told me "i just sat down 15 min ago but i helped your grandmother take a shower today" I took her for her word but asked my grandmother upstairs after the aide left if she had a shower today and my grandmother told me she never took any kind of shower when the aide was home with her. After hearing that I was LIVID, not only did the aide LIE to me about giving a shower to my grandmother ( checked the shower and it was bone dry), but she also was lying about the 15 min part as well because the TV screen was very hot which means it had been on for a long time and confirmed my suspicions that the aide NEGLECTED my grandmother. NEVER consult with this place and never judge a SLOGAN by its cover !!!

Everyone at RHHS have been professional, trustworthy, reliable and attentive to my granny's needs. She recently had a bad fall and they provided 24-hour care for her to include bathing, dressing, assistance with her meds, notation of her daily progress, assisting with her meals, laundry, literally EVERYTHING!! They also stayed in constant contact with the family providing critical updates and feedback as needed to care for my granny! My granny means the world to me and we would not trust her in just anyone's care.
