Christopher had evaluated her in a nursing home before and said he could work with her. So the moment my father took her home, we hired Hands of Angels to care for my mother. Christopher and his team went above and beyond care. In a few days, my mother went from just laying on the bed and barely talking to sitting up and having some communication with few words. The physical therapy Christopher provided made such a difference with my mother's progress in her inability to stand and take a few steps again. On November 25, 2025, my mother was still able to walk. November 26, 2025, just the next and before Thanksgiving, my mother could not get up from her bed due to a severe UTI. Months later in January, she continued to not get up. That is, until Christopher started working with her. She was then able to be transferred to a wheelchair and brought to a table. Soon, my mom started holding her cup and spoon, which she could not before. She was able to feed herself. Every week, Christopher came in and showed the caretakers how to help her stand for a bit. Yavlena, Roselina, Yesenia, and Esmeralda were great with my mom. She continued to be in hospice but was making so much improvement. Soon she was able to stand holding her walker. The care manager was able to meet with us right away to address our concerns for our family member's care and always makes herself available to accept our phone calls. We contracted for the service of a caregiver at three days per week and were so pleased, with the company, we increased our contract with Right at Home to have a caregiver six days per week. From the start, we were assigned a caregiver who perfectly matched our needs and our loved one accepted the caregiver immediately. We would highly recommend Right at Home.

I arrived here 16 months ago 12 days after a 5-disk cervical spine fusion. I was in a great deal of…read morepain and realize now that I was also suffering from depression. For 4 months I was unable to get out of bed. Without exception the staff never gave up on me. In the beginning I couldn't even feed myself. Everyone worked very hard to make me believe in myself, they succeeded. I can say the only reason anyone would, want to do the difficult work that everyone does here is because they truly care, it certainly isn't for the money. My recovery was slow and difficult, but I realized from the beginning it would be a marathon not a sprint. The physical therapy department is staffed with well-trained people who care and always create a positive and friendly environment. The activity department work very hard to provide everything from popcorn and movies to bingo games and many other fun projects. After being told I might never walk again, last Friday I walked almost a full mile. I can now do all the things necessary that we take for granted, showering, dressing myself, putting my shoes on and lacing them. Etc.., etc. I am finally ready to "graduate" from here and move on to another much lower level of care. I will miss all of the amazing people here who have made this possible, they truly feel like family. So, yes, I have no problem recommending this facility with only one reservation. The food, for whatever reason is not up to the level that rates 5 stars, but because everyone else is so exceptional I am willing to reluctantly overlook that shortcoming.

While I was speaking with someone, the call was disconnected. I called back within about 30 seconds and explained that the call had dropped. Instead of simply helping me reconnect with the person I had been speaking with, the woman who answered immediately argued with me and insisted that I was the one who hung up. I told her several times that I did not hang up, yet she continued to argue with me. She then told me that the woman I had been speaking with had already left because I "left the line." I asked, "She left within 30 seconds?" and she replied, "Yes." This is very poor customer service, especially for a facility that is trying to gain the trust of seniors and their families. When someone is calling about potentially placing an elderly loved one in a facility, professionalism, patience, and respectful communication should be a priority. Arguing with a potential client over who disconnected a phone call instead of simply trying to assist them left a very negative first impression. If this is how a prospective client is treated during an initial phone call, it certainly raises concerns about the level of communication and customer service we could expect moving forward.
