Accommodations are made for those who require hospice care or special services. special thanks to Julie, the full time cook! She always has a smile, a story, a recipe, or a cup of coffee to share. Heather, Betty, and Alice all deserve recognition for their gentle manner and expertise in caring for our seniors. My dad spent his final days in comfort, and surrounded by folks that treated him like family. I feel like they are all "family" to us now.

Patricia is excellent with my 92 year old FIL. After a couple of weeks and calls PT came out and was not helpful. We requested a different PT who eventually came out and was fine. He said he would be out the following Monday- no show. Called the company and they said we were not even on his schedule! It's now over 6 weeks since brain surgery. We hired our own PT who is awesome and asked our doctor to schedule in facility PT. Stay away from this company, they are the worse!

Ulisses was great in reaching out by text initially to get the paperwork signed via email. After that they were working on getting her placed. Never got a call she was moved and went to visit her again only 2 days later and the hospital said she's gone. WTF no contact to let me know. Wasted my day off trying to locate her. Ulisses didn't respond, Amici didn't answer and random new nurse Cesar texts late afternoon saying he will see her tomorrow. Like where is she because lack of communication sucks when you have a parent passing away. Would I recommend Amici? No and hope to never deal with them again after this. I'm sure they'll get paid by ins. but dang keep the family in the loop when we're already stressed out. Thanks for making it worse. Yet I still don't have a room number. Ugh Amici Hospice please do better with your future clients family.
