The only housekeeping done was laundry, dishes and some meal prep. Caregivers slept through the night, not attentive to client. Many mornings we had to call the caregiver to attend to mother. We had a camera in home so we're able to see all they were NOT doing. The last straw was a no show caregiver and we still got charged for the day. Tried multiple times to have this corrected however no acknowledgement to the issue was ever received. Don't use this service if you have another choice.

Care From The Heart was hired to assist my Mother, Whom was afflicted by Alzheimers, with simple things she used to do as part of a Daily routine, but due to the illness became struggles of mental acceptance. [bathing, changing into clean clothes, tidying up around her house, fixing adequately nutritious meals, etc.] Most staff sent out to care for my Mother were Patronizing and Placating when interacting with her. And whenst my Mother would have a symptomatic mood swing, would become Personally offended and leave their shift early, sometimes not returning. My Mother is Gentle, but Strong-Willed. Non-violent, but Verbal. The only times she got into a mood swing were when the Care From The Heart staff grew unprofessionally frustrated, and Impatiently tried to FORCE her to do things she was not Ready to do. The Activity sheets, kept in a Binder, for the Family and their Boss to review, were Frequently scribed with unvarying, Routine entries, when they were not Simplistic and akin to Milking-the-Time-clock.

After 10 days of calls and emails to set up a ride to and from a local hospital for a medical test I was left with no ride on the day of my appointment. They claimed they didn't get my emailed "forms" but I sent them to the email address on their brochure 5 days before the date I needed a ride. I had emailed them and given my email address and the best phone number to reach me but they never called that number or emailed me with a status. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this company.
