I asked Jared several times to please ask Bill to call me. No commitment. Just keep calling or stopping in. This does not work. Jared gave me my touchup pens that I had to argue for. That's another story. I signed and took my pens. I started to walk around the store just looking at composition / characteristics of other table in the store. Jared asked if there was anything else I needed. I said no and just said I'm looking at the characteristics of the other tables they are selling off the floor. Jared then said leave. I explained again and he became very verbally abusive using foul language. He told me get the F out. I explained again I'm just looking at the tables. I wasn't doing anything else and you certainly can't shoplift a piece of furniture. He started shouting, get the F out or I'm calling the police. I looked at him and asked what are you going to tell them, I haven't done anything. He became louder screaming at me to get the F out and then accused me of being prejudice. Really, if I were prejudice why did I spend $3,500 with you Jared as the sales person. If I were racist or prejudice I would have left and came back when someone else was there to help me. Truthfully, I wish I did leave and come back when you were not the sales person. 1. Maybe I would have been told the table had structural damage and 2. I would not have spent my money where you received a commission. My advice is stay away from this store. Uncontrollable anger and you will be very lucky to find the owner, Bill Vogel. I would think the owner would want to know or manage an employee who tells their customers to GET THE F OUT. If it were my business. I would want to know this and that person would no longer be working there.

A very nice employee greeted us and let us know it would only be a short wait, which was no issue. When the owner came over, he looked at the coins thought they were fake because of how great of a condition they were in, calculated the value, and offered $900 in total. When I questioned the offer, I was told something along the lines of "if you don't like it, you can leave" and was told to "sell them yourself." I understand a business needs to make a profit, but the offer felt extremely low compared to current market values. Comparable listings were around $2,000 each, with recent sold prices around $1,400-$1,600 each. I wasn't expecting full retail, but I was hoping for a fair offer. I had already received another offer of $1,150 elsewhere, and I felt the way the situation was handled was dismissive and disrespectful. I appreciate businesses needing room to resell items, but customer service and a reasonable explanation go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my business wasn't valued.

They do orders for larger companies and also for custom orders like mine. I stopped by their office on the corner of Rome and Lemon. It is actually right across the street from the Vintage Lofts at West End Apartment Homes and down the street from the Animal Coalition of Tampa. I met with the owner, Dennis. Friendly guy. I discussed that I had some handmade antique furniture that needed new cushions. I was able to choose from several fabric choices as well as the firmness of the cushions. The timeframe for completion can be average 10 days but if you really need it fast, they can do it within 3 days. The prices are very good and you won't find such good quality anywhere and local. I was extremely impressed. Don't look to be spending cheap if you want to be ensured good quality, hand-stitched value.
