They had one of their service techs have a family emergency and asked if I could reschedule to have my dryer looked at. I explained that I had taken the day off already and this was the only day I would be available. So, they were able to squeeze me in with one of the two techs they had. I ended up that I got The Jason mentioned in the reviews. Great guy with a super friendly attitude. He made it seem so simple with the replacement of the belt. So I googled for service and was able to put in my problem and number then companies could reach out. Jason who is the owner reached out first. He was able to come the next day which he did and was on time. Within 5 minutes he knew what was needed . He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me.
