Had a dryer give out on me after piecing it together for the last 30+ years. Stopped by Appliance Center to look around and found a dryer for a great price. Loaded it up and got it home. It ran for a couple of cycles and stopped. Called the company the next day, explaining the situation, we were told to bring it back, and he would fix it. Took it back, and it was going to take a little bit of time to repair. Instead of having me sit there and wait, I was told to just pick out another one. These people are the nicest and easiest people to work with. I will continue to come here as needed, and I will recommend them to anyone. read more

Don't do it. Just go to Lowe's and purchase something new. We bought a fridge in January 2022 for $480. Their warranty is 90 days. We started having issues eight months out and they serviced it for free, which was nice. We had additional issues 11 months out from buying it and we are now told that the fridge is in bad shape and would need an $800 repair. They were not willing to accommodate us, but just give us free delivery on an additional fridge, if we were to purchase it. It makes me sad that we wasted our money on this appliance center for a fridge that couldn't even last 1 year. read more

We just moved to Tampa and needed a washer and dryer, and we found a clean, well-priced used set here. There were plenty to choose from and Tyler was helpful and friendly. The appliances were delivered the next morning (earlier than we expected, which was great) and they called to set up the delivery time exactly when they said they would. The two guys who did the installation and delivery were friendly and courteous, and they even hauled out the old dryer left in our home by a previous tenant. We were desperate to do laundry after a cross-country drive and were able to get a load started right away. All around a great experience! read more

We purchased a used washer/dryer set and are thrilled with the whole process. Tyler was the sales person who helped us. We had an unusual installation spot and he was very patient and knowledgeable to make sure the units would fit. The young man who installed the units the next morning, was polite and very quick. We had a slight issue with our electrical outlet and a technician was sent out immediately to repair the problem. He was conscientious and professional. Tyler was VERY helpful when I went in to ask him about a problem I was having installing a new heating element in our 38 year old (!) Kenmore dryer. Within minutes, he solved the whole problem! I got a good deal on a washer and dryer here. The staff was incredibly nice and down to earth, and highly knowledgeable in what they were selling. They even delivered the washer and dryer to my new place and brought it up the stairs. When the employee noticed a few scuff marks from trying to move it in, they fixed it right there on the spot. I would recommend anyone come talk to these guys for fairly priced appliances from a local shop. read more

The service man arrived on time and did fix the dryer at a reasonable price. However, as a professional, he should have checked the exhaust connection at the back of the dryer since it was a solid pipe connection. He merely pulled the dryer away from the wall and broke the fittings. After he repaired the dryer, he told my wife that it needed repair. When she used the dryer the room became very hot. Called this company to have refrigerator repaired. They came to my Valrico home same day and fixed the problem. Service technician was very professional and very thorough.
