Dave patched the roof where the chimney had come up through and shingled it and also put new brick in the wall where the pipe had come out to vent the stove. Another worker came and trimmed and painted under the eave and sealed the inside wall. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the job they did and will recommend them to anyone who needs work on their house done.

He was asking Takoda to do work that they would not be paid for. Takoda was amazing in getting that roof replaced so quickly so that the sale could go through instead of being delayed. Jamal needs to read the contracts and claims, and any complaint he might have is with the insurance company, not Takoda. They replaced the roof twice (because of hail damage) and did the gutters on our new house. The work is always fast, reasonably priced, and done RIGHT. ASBESTOS ROOF-----Thank you so much Zach Hart!!!. If you are someone who hates dealing with your…read moreinsurance company, CALL AGR ROOFING and ask for Zach Hart. He is the insurance whisperer. We have an asbestos roof original to the house built in 1939 that desperately needed to be replaced. We also had significant water damage to our entryway and stairway leading upstairs. Our insurance adjuster came out to inspect and gave us $7,000 (a ridiculous amount) to replace the roof and fix the interior. The insurance company cut a check; closed the claim and stopped returning our calls. We checked Yelp reviews, called AGR and Zach came out. He looked at everything, took pictures of the roof with a drone and said our insurance company was definitely low-balling us. He got our homeowners policy information and assured us our insurance company will pay for it. AND THEY DID. We did not have to do anything. Eight days later, our insurance company cut us another check and payed a total of $30,313. We had the entire roof replaced, interior fixed AND new gutters. Zach was in constant contact with us. He was very hands-on and always checked the completed work. SERIOUSLY, use this company for all of your roofing and construction needs. Excellent work!!

Unfortunately, my experience with the company itself was much more frustrating. I was very upset to discover that a commencement notice had been placed against my home before we had even discussed or finalized pricing. Each time I brought up my concerns, Alex repeatedly told me, "Don't worry about it." Then, over a holiday weekend, I received the notice from Izabella Brown. When I questioned why this had happened, I was told by Alex that it was "company policy." I found the way this was handled very concerning and felt that I should have been informed and given a clear explanation before anything was filed against my property. There was also an issue with someone coming to my property to pick up materials without anyone informing me beforehand. He pulled into my driveway squealing his tires and then did the same while backing out, running over the small end of my retaining wall and leaving marks on my driveway. This was extremely disappointing and could have been avoided with better communication and care for the homeowner's property. So while I am very pleased with the work performed by the subcontractors, my overall experience with the company was negatively affected by the lack of communication and the way certain things were handled. I would strongly recommend making sure all pricing, notices, and property-related procedures are clearly explained to the homeowner before work begins.
