Emmanuel is simply AMAZING! He and his crew exceeded every expectation. I was rained on for the fifth time by my upstairs neighbor and in need of drywall, insulation, and painting in three rooms in my one-bedroom condo. When I queried on Yelp, he replied immediately, set up a meeting to estimate the job and was very thorough in his review of my unit. I was tired and frustrated by other contractors who were unwilling or perhaps unable to work with my insurance. Emmanuel conformed his quotation to the insurer's requirements allowing a speedy approval after a long frustrating process trying to work with others. He and his crew arrived at 7 AM and worked steadily until 7 PM each day to complete their work. The quality of their work is exceptional. I cannot express how pleased I am with the repairs. You would truly never know that my unit was flooded and that walls and ceiling were missing only days before throughout my unit They went the extra, extra mile in all respects. I especially want to call out their ethics because an outdoor light was damaged and they made sure to fix the problem. I cannot recommend Emmanuel and his company highly enough. We had an excellent experience working with Enmanuel. He was always communicative, professional, and punctual. He came out to our home for a free estimate and surveyed what we wanted and gave us a very good quote. He then completed the task within the timeline proposed. The quality of the painting was excellent. He removed wallpaper, treated walls that were frankly disgusting (covered with dog hair) and left us with 3 gorgeous rooms. We do not have a lot of experience with painting and he even gave us advice on paint quality, colors, and strategy. We hired Home painting solutions/ Emmanuel. I had the old popcorn ceilings from when we built in 1991to be removed. Emmanuel came out , very courteous, professional and gave a fair estimate. He and his team did an amazing job on my ceilings. They look beautiful, so crisp, clean and smooth! We were so happy with the ceilings we hired him to paint our downstairs, the walls, woodwork, and hallway. Again,not disappointed. I requested service through Yelp and they got back to me promptly! Came over next day for a free estimate. Estimate was very fair for what was being requested. I lost track of time and didn't get back to them for several months to schedule the actual painting, but they still responded immediately and were able to come the next week! Helped me figure out what exact shade of white paint we needed to cover a patch in the ceiling and another on a wall. Was very informative about each step of the process. This was a single room project with a very high ceiling. He and his crew spent over an hour putting up plastic over the glass and woodwork, paper and drop cloths on the floor. Emmanuel is amazing! He is professional, friendly, organized, efficient, and HONEST. It's hard to find good people that keep it real on what they can and cannot deliver while also providing great service and value. Emmanuel came through for us in every aspect. He came by to give us a quote and was able to get started right then and there instead of having to book for a later date - took maybe 5.5 hrs including time to go buy the paint we needed for the job, for which we reimbursed him. Here's a rundown of what he did for us: 1. He repaired a crack in our ceiling and painted over it to match seamlessly. 2. He moved a wall mounted television (removed from wall, shifted and reinstalled to new location) and repaired the drywall where huge holes were left and painted over - can't even tell holes were there! 3. He repaired a stone ledger facade over our electric fireplace (ledger was coming away from the dry wall behind it). We had to dismount a 75" television so he could make the repairs and the mantle fell to the floor and was damaged in the process. Emmanuel was super apologetic and fixed it like new in no time! 4. He caulked the juncture between our quartz kitchen counter top and tile backsplash and it looks stunning. Really great work and highly recommend. I had a small project, to paint a bathroom that some other painters either did not respond to or quoted high prices. Emmanuel was prompt in replying and gave a fair and reasonable estimate based on the job description. He also was able to give clear answers on how soon the bathroom could be used. We hired them to paint our basement, one of our bedrooms, and some trim areas that I wasn't able to complete before pregnancy (including an area where I had splattered a ton of paint and couldn't remove it). We worked with Emmanuel to restore some walls that were demolished in the basement of our home during a waterproofing job. I have nothing but great things to say about his work. Simply the Best! I needed my stairwell painted. The ceiling is very high and the job would require a ladder on the stairs. I texted this company in the evening, the next day they were at my home exactly at the time they said they would arrive, with a very fair quote that included the paint at their discount.
