Pleased to update this review. I was concerned about there being a leak in our new water pipes. Mark ( owner) and Casey came out and spent a few hours crawling through the attic and under the home in the crawl space . Thankfully there was no leak in the pipes and they led us to the culprit , which was damp smelly dirt in crawl space and a need to add venting and foundation support. Suffice to say that Wallace Plumbing has redeemed itself and I am happy to give a 5 star review! read more

Needed water main line repaired, been leaking a long time and costing heavily expensive water bills. Mark Wallace came to inspect the problem, fortunately I had already dug down to where the problem was, so Mark could do the work without having to come back another time. The work done was of premium quality and since there was no further digging to be done, much cheaper and the repair price was more than equitable. Mark Wallace is very honest, straight forward and reputable. I am a retired engineer and fully able to gauge the quality and efficacy of the work, including the pricing - this experience was excellent!! Now, I want to address the negative rating given to Wallace Plumbing, by Lea C. Manhattan, NY - She is totally full of crap! I know this why? I'm aware because I know what kind of a person Lea is and when Lea comes to Calif to visit her Mother, she takes 45 min. (as noted by her Mother) showers and fully empties the 40 Gal water heater, until it runs cold. Oh and as well, she did not pay anywhere near $4000.00 dollars for the replaced water heater, in fact way less than half that amount. My home is 50 years old and the copper piping has corroded and started to leak. I called Wallace Plumbing as they had installed a new water heater for me at a very reasonable price. Owner Mark, and two of his crew spent an hour testing, photographing, searching in the attic, checking pressure and leak monitors. The verdict: the entire water system needed to be repiped. I checked online and sure enough, copper piping starts to fail anytime after 50 years. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Mark worked with my complicated schedule and exactly one week to the day of the discovered leak, the work was completed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That's amazing! My home was without water for less than 36 hours. The crew was friendly, accomodating and efficient. The icing on the cake is that Mark provides the drywall repair seamlessly. I called Wallace Plumbing to extend the drain line and P-trap so the drain hole for my new sink would match up with the P-trap. They said they would arrive Monday, Dec. 28th between 10am and noon. They arrived around 11:15am and Kyle got right to work. By about 11:35 Kyle was finished and had the work area all cleaned up. Kyle worked very quickly and I am very happy with his work and his explanation of what he had done.
