From the outset, the project manager has made himself available to answer any questions, provide scheduling flexibility, to advise on design, and foster contacts with vendors to insure that the project is within budget and is to my satisfaction. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled. Working with Jacob and his team has been a pleasure. The kitchen itself is rather small but Jacob and team have shown their regard for me as a client in that they attend to every detail. They removed all my cabinets, removed floor tile, removed drywall, inspected the plumbing and electical in the walls, and made corrections as necessary. New drywall has gone up and they are in work on getting the floor leveled and tiled. Thus far, I am very pleased with my experience.
