I also feel that more involvement from the residents is crucial. If you are not involved in solutions, you are part of the problem! I have been in management roles for most of my career (in the medical industry, not mobile home) and I would always advise my staff that if you come to me with a problem, that is a problem. If you come to me with a problem and some possible ideas or solutions, we can work on fixing it. Too many people just complain. I think Tri-Star is a great community and have been here for several years and its simple. Follow the rules, pay on time, and respect each other and each others property. Keep up your home and yard and if you follow the rules, you will be happy here too!

One of the days before he was supposed to come out for a consultation I went through all this Prerequisites before his grand appearance and anyway the day he was supposed to show up, he claimed the tree for Alan's house when there was only light rain the day before and he wanted to reschedule. I think after all the pictures consultations and everything else if they can't make it to the appointment on time when you purposely set up that time up for them, then you should just find somebody else. Terrible customer service so they're probably gonna do terrible work. That's all I can assume.
